Police Couple Wakes Up and “Accidentally” Fires 27 Rounds at Own Mom – Who Lives with Them

Free Thought Project – by Matt Agorist

Las Vegas, NV — The mother of a police officer is recovering from her injuries after being shot by her own child and in-law with whom she lives.

North Las Vegas police announced last week that no charges will be filed against the officer and her husband who fired more than two dozen rounds at their mother as she returned home around 11:30 pm.

The officer claimed that the 27 rounds were fired “accidentally” and so the department said there is no need for charges.

Of course, shooting at an intruder in your home is a justified measure. However, what does it say about the trigger-happy nature of this officer who would unleash 27 rounds at her own mom, who had to have been screaming for her life upon hearing the first round being fired?

Those who are familiar with firearms know that it takes, at a minimum, several seconds to unload the magazine of a standard pistol. This scene must have looked like a war zone during the shooting.

Luckily for the mother, however, the cop and her husband are terrible shots. She was reportedly struck only in the leg and sustained non-life threatening injuries.

Last year, the Free Thought Project reported on Deputy Easton McDonald, of Loudoun County, Virginia, who shot his 16-year-old daughter as she attempted to re-enter their home after sneaking out for the evening. The deputy claimed that he thought his daughter was an intruder because she tripped an alarm system and was attempting to sneak back in through the garage.

McDonald told investigating officers that after hearing the noises in the garage he grabbed his gun and began firing blindly into the dark because he believed that someone was “coming at him.”

  1. THIS is why i moved out of that sewer pit. Who’s to say this idiot would’nt have a mother flash back while on duty when i come walking out of a 7/11 and start blasting away. It would appear the ones that need their guns taken away are the cops.

  2. I left there too! Exit stage right after 15+ years in May 2015. Walked away from my house and told wells fargo to stick it. They’re finally foreclosing on my house. Still sending me certified mail threatening me. I don’t even respond or acknowledge their existence. I found out that fannie and freddie mac’s main shareholders were China. Plus they stole 130k
of equity on something I could never own.
Thank God I’m out of there. Barely.

  3. They gave the old lady an 11:00 curfew, so when she came home at 11:30, they acted within departmental guidelines by laying down a barrage of gunfire for her non-compliance.

    No charges will be filed.

  4. Dumb and dumber….. Harry…your a horrible shot.
Goes to show you half of these order followers can’t hit the side of a barn. Yet alone their mother-in-law. What do you think will happen when someone actually shoots back at them ?
Remember those two bank robbers in LA that where gunned up ?
Had the police running like little girls and boys. Classic firefight.
That was only 2 people… now times that by 100 million unemployed pissed off Americans. Not good people..not good for them.

  5. “The officer claimed that the 27 rounds were fired “accidentally” and so the department said there is no need for charges.”

The ‘officer’ is an idiot, and so is anyone who concurs with him.

One round COULD conceivably be ‘accidental’… 27???

“Luckily for the mother, however, the cop and her husband are terrible shots.”

    Prime NYPD prospects.

  6. I live in Las Vegas and they hire idiot’s for cops! Just yesterday they murdered an unarmed man because the cops thought he had a gun in his pocket. They didn’t see it, but knew it was there. It was not, he was unarmed. Then the MLVPD start a media campaign to slander the victim on the local news. look up Eric Scott in the Costco murder by uniformed thugs.
