Police investigate nine-year-old for hate incident

By James Beal – The Times

More than 13,200 hate incidents were recorded in the 12 months to June

Children are among thousands of people being investigated by police for non-crime hate incidents, The Times can reveal.

Police forces recorded incidents against a nine-year-old who called a primary school classmate a “retard” and against two secondary school girls who said that another pupil smelt “like fish”.

They were among several cases of children being logged as having committed non-crime hate incidents (NCHIs), according to freedom of information requests to police forces.

Government guidance says that NCHIs are supposed to be recorded for incidents “clearly motivated by intentional hostility” and where there is a real risk of escalation “causing significant harm or a criminal offence”. Classroom incidents that do not amount to crimes are not supposed to be recordedand neither are incidents involving journalists expressing lawfully held views with no hostility.

However, The Times has found evidence of widespread confusion among police over what types of incident should be recorded.

No 10 said that the Home Office would review its guidance to protect “the fundamental right to free speech” after the journalist Allison Pearson claimed she was being investigated over an NCHI. Essex police say this is inaccurate and have defended their handling of the case.

However, data collected by The Times shows the recording of NCHIs is widespread. More than 13,200 hate incidents were recorded in the 12 months to June this year, according to statistics from 45 of Britain’s 48 police forces.

Critics have asked whether the recording of non-crime hate incidents is an appropriate use of police resources, particularly in cases involving children.

  1. Name-calling is part of human culture. Now the muzzle madness is perpetrating communistic tactics on free-spirited children. Silencing a child can grant him or her a lifetime sentence of subservience. Or the opposite could happen: DEFIANCE!!

Anyone been noticing a shortage of defiance these days?

    1. Hell yes! In the last 10-20 years I’ve seen the “rebellious anti-government” types who were all against things like globalism, corporatism & government control over every facet of everyday life do a complete 180. It was long before “covid” but it came to a head during that time when they became the most compliant, subservient pro-government slaves around us! Probably the biggest shift I’ve ever witnessed in my lifetime from defiance to complete compliance & one of the worst parts was that many of the people I grew up with made that shift before my eyes! It was hard to see but even more eye opening for me personally. The glaring problem I see with most of these people is their complete inability to see that globalism, corporatism & government are all & the same & they all believe so strongly that the “left/right” divide in politics is actually real & that the “politics” they keep supporting is the best (or only) way to do things. Either that or they are just so scared sh*tless of the consequences if they don’t comply that to go along to get along is their only “safe” choice. Either way it’s all just a big sh*tshow psychological nightmare! As horrible as it is & as much as I hate elitism it’s no wonder really that jews call them “goyim” & some among us call them sheep.

Having said all that I’ve also seen many people do the complete 180 shift the opposite way since “covid” as what happened then really shook quite a lot of people out of their slumber. Many of those people will NOT be sleeping ever again…
