Here’s a simple, printable list of companies that use Monsanto products. By avoiding products made by companies on this list, you can help ensure your money isn’t going to Monsanto and also watch out for the health of your family and yourself. If you wish to print, simply click on the list and choose “Print” from your browser’s menu (or press CTRL+P/CMD+P).

And these companies in turn own brands not on this list.
Kool-Aid?
Priceless!
For now, you can still buy local produce, organic, whole food, not from a can, box, bag, etc. Cook from scratch if you’re of a mind to. Soak and cook the dried beans rather than open that can. It takes some advance planning but it tastes better and is better for you (and cheaper).
Do your utmost to do this, and tell your friends and family why you are doing this. Be a broken record. I simply say, “I think it’s very important to support the little guy, the mom and pop, the local economy. That’s how we create a stronger and more vibrant community and we can each do our part — to the extent possible. Every bit helps.” Join a CSA, buy eggs from your local farmer, or shop at a small food co-op. You do not need to buy the brand name “foods.” You really do not. For lots of reasons.
Good to know. Thanks for the post, Koyote.
Oh great, the bastards own Ketchup and Lipton. What the hell am I supposed to eat and drink anymore? This is ridiculous.
