Jason Westcott had no criminal record to speak of, and yet he died in a SWAT “drug raid” on his house which yielded only $2.00 in marijuana.
It all started when a confidential informant lied to police about Westcott. That informant, who approached the Tampa Bay Times in July using the name Coogle, was a 50-year-old felon and drug addict.
Coogle says that he was “the principal Tampa Police Department informer against at least five suspects this year,” according to the Times. He was part of nine undercover operations, with Tampa’s police chief praising his “track record.”
But Coogle says that he repeatedly lied about suspects, and also stole drugs that he used tax-payer money (from police) to purchase. He admits that he completely fabricated everything about Jason Westcott, a young man who had no criminal convictions whatsoever.
But that lie was all police needed – no fact checking or verification of the rumors Coogle spun. They asked for and received a warrant to kick down his door for a drug raid.
But the SWAT team found just $2.00 worth of marijuana… and by that time, they had already shot and killed Westcott.
Watch the local news report below and help us get the word out about this criminal injustice, carried out about those who are supposed to be enforcing the law.

Oh of course, when Coogle informs on them suddenly they don’t believe him, what a surprise. I don’t think they can make their criminality any more obvious if they tried. At this point the police have become the new NKVD. Just go out, round up anyone in sight then come in and make up whatever charge they happen to be using that week, geez.
hat is the big problem of American police. There conduct for many long years has been so bad. The good citizen will no longer talk to them for fear of there lifes. You speak to a cop in America and say the wrong word you are dead meat to them. So there only source of information is the police buddies who use them as there personal whores inforcing there wants in a neighborhood and getting special treatment from there Whores. I mean the police there. And criminals who are wanting favors from the police to stay out of prison themselfs. So all the police today in America know is the lies the few people who do speak to them spread for personal gain. Not what or who even is the good citizen. As they will no longer speak to them or even wish to be in sight for safety of there lives from what a American cop is today!
Charge everyone present and the informant and the warrant signing judge with negligent homicide/murder.
Or keep complaining
Yep.
Bad information (unconfirmed, no less) is no excuse.
MURDER!
