Jim Morrison was a genius. It’s like the Great Carlin alluded to in similar words: Why is it that the many of the most socially influential people, those deemed a “threat” to the status quo, end up dead from an “overdose”, airplane crash, crazed fan, or simply do the Kurt Cobain. Yes, it’s mind-numbing to think that, maybe, just maybe, these events were somehow influenced by forces who felt threatened by the social influence these people wielded. George Carlin died of a heart attack at 70. He had recently ripped GWB a “new one” in an act and “poof”, he’s dead. Bill Hicks scathing comedy act ridiculing GHWB was followed by a rare pancreatic cancer killing him at age 31. John Lennon, Jimi Hendricks, Janis Joplin, Buddy Holly, Lenny Bruce, I could go on and on. Do you really believe these deaths were the “natural” course of events or was there influence imposed by forces unseen?
