The Missouri 15 involved some of the first common law revivalists in the USA during the 1990s. It was such a threat to the judicial system that the judges threw them in jail in order to prevent the grass roots movement’s spread. David M. Barger was one of the lucky ones to avoid losing all of his personal property, or to have to spend years in prison.
