It’s people like the ones you talked about pan handling for money & bringing in a couple hundred bucks a day. It’s these people that make actually helping those that really need it difficult. Gotta be sharp to find those like the lady you spoke of. I’m f’n sick of scammers!
Was not to long ago someone I was with gave money to a couple w/ 2 children standing on a corner in a shopping complex area with a sign. They were from another country! Come here & hit our people up for dough! I was furious!
