He was assassinated more than a decade ago. Bill was doing a lot of good but had too many SACRED COWS he was unwilling to vault over. He got too close and they shot him down (in the back no less) at his home in Arizona after he spoke on the air about the twin towers (9/11) before it happened. Not long after he got a “visit” and the rest is history.
