August 12, 2016, Barack Hussein Obama, the 43rd or 44th (some question the number) President of the United States, signed Presidential Executive Order No. 13737 “Providing an Order of Succession Within the Environmental Protection Agency,” which revoked his previous PEO 13614 (May 21, 2012).

Section 2 c in the August 12th PEO has some language that raises a red flag of sorts:
(c) Notwithstanding the provisions of this order, the President retains discretion, to the extent permitted by law, to depart from this order in designating an acting Administrator.
What’s up, and what is Obama preemptively choreographing for not only himself, but the next ‘cabal designated president’, whoever he/she may be? Do Obama’s latest PEO actions have anything to do with the fact that a lawsuit [1] has been filed regarding Solar Radiation Management (SRM), aka weather geoengineering, aka “chemtrails” and that some EPA officials have been named as defendants?
The next legal step is the filing of complaints with the court and against the parties involved, which include 36 individuals and/or agencies or organizations, e.g., U.S. Dept. of Defense, Chief of Staff of the U.S. Air Force, Chief of Naval Operation, U.S. Dept. of Transportation, NASA Headquarters, National Weather Service Organization, National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration, various cities and counties in California, California public works departments, Region 9 EPA, U.S. Coast Guard, State of California, Regional California Water Resources Control Boards, Attorney General of the United States, and the Attorney General of the State of California. Take note that the lawsuit also names the U.S. Dept. of Defense, Chief of Staff of the U.S. Air Force, Chief of Naval Operation and other federal government agencies. Can we expect additional PEOs to address them too? Here’s why I mention that.
Recently, I went back to look through the August 1996 Research Paper presented to the Air Force titled“Weather as a Force Multiplier: Owning the Weather in 2025” and found some “smoking gun” type of evidence that weather geoengineering and ‘chemtrailling’ was not only proposed, but being worked on back then!
On page 32 of the above-referenced report before the Conclusions, we find a chart and legend that are most incriminating insofar as technical terminology and a timeline are concerned.
The chart on page 32 shows timelines: 2005, 2015, 2025; * technologies to be developed by the Department of Defense (DOD): Directed Energy, Artificial Ionospheric Mirrors, Carbon Black Dust (is that coal fly ash?), Weather Force Support Element, Virtual Weather.
However, back when that report was written (August 1996) and presented, they already were working on:
- Global Weather Network
- Sensors
- Computer Modeling
- Communications
- Chemicals
- Aerospace Delivery Vehicles
- Directed Energy (? HAARP in Gakona, Alaska began in 1993)
- Artificial Ionospheric Mirrors (plasma layer in the atmosphere)
A tiltable AIM is artificially/technologically created by a heater antenna controlled in phase and frequency. Consequently, the heater antenna [GWN?] phase shift scans a beam to paint a plasma layer probably created by spraying nano-aluminum coated fiberglass called CHAFF.

Now let’s take a look at some cloud photographs.
Are those “smart clouds” that Nature has not produced and we’ve not seen in the skies prior to chemtrails and weather geoengineering or Solar Radiation Management?
That’s not a facetiously-asked question, either. Today’s cloud formations have to be questioned since the chart on page 32 notes “SC” being performed “NOW” (1996), while the chart’s legend identifies SC as “Smart Clouds (nanotechnology)”. Gotcha!

Back in 1996, the feds already had established a GWN, Global Weather Network. Is that what the HAARP installations around the globe, designated in the map below, are all about?
However, the very real ‘wonderment’ for me is in the 1996 page 32 chart timeline and legend, there’s this designation: Carbon Black Dust (CBD)! OMG! is that coal fly ash that Dr Marvin Herndon, PhD, talked about in his papers and in the interview I had with him? In retrospect, I think, I titled that interview article “Weather Geoengineering, Chemtrails, Aluminum and Alzheimer’s: The Four Horsemen Of The Weather Apocalypse” rather appropriately.
For all those scientists, government employees working on weather geoengineering, airlines spraying toxic poisons, etc. down upon life, the lamestream media, and feds everywhere in every country, please STOP lying about what’s going on above our heads and also STOP it, as you are destroying the planet for everyone, including yourselves who you think eventually will own it due to all your scientific technology. You’re absolute WRONG!
May I remind you that civilizations long before your demented New World Order Agenda also thought the same thing only to cause such catastrophic problems on Planet Earth that their civilizations’ great wonders can be found thousands of feet under the oceans of the planet.
Go back in time long enough and you will find there was a nuclear war of sorts that left radioactive glass scattered across some areas of the planet [2]. Hypothesis? A tin-hatter’s concept? Who knows, but these are things we should be investigating and avoiding, if factual. From what I researched, some of the secret societies know the facts. How about it Illuminati?
Whom do you think you are fooling? Probably none more so than you, if I may be so brazen as to suggest. However, I do have a few suggestions for you, which are:
- Tear down the Georgia Guidestones [3] and get right with Nature and Nature’s Creative Source.
- Stop all the EMF technologies, especially the 5G aerial/global Wi-Fi that’s probably going to fry humankind’s brains.
- Immediately STOP the hell-bent quest to own the weather by 2025; there are forces greater than you think you know about, even greater than those whose technology you have tapped into and are using to conquer and destroy planetary life as we currently know it. Transhumanism and artificial intelligence won’t fly on earth or in space. May I offer that you just don’t have enough higher consciousness to accomplish what humans are destined to accomplish. Your agenda will just make more problems for everyone on and off planet.
- Wake up to the fact that you’ve been had; your clandestine ‘cat’ has gotten out of the bag and I hate to think what will happen when enough people get fed up with having toxic poisons forced into our bodies, minds, food, water, air, and even our consciousness by what you designate as “political correctness” and the insidious chemtrails you use to program events, I offer.
If there’s such a thing as “karma,” I sure wouldn’t want to be in the shoes of all those who have ‘raped’ Planet Earth, destroyed human dignity, and currently are destroying homes, lives, livelihoods, forests, oceans, and everything your geoengineered weather apparently has wrought:
a. The five year drought in California, the premiere food growing state in the USA
b. Drastic floods currently going on in the southern USA and elsewhere
c. Winters from hell with snow that won’t melt when heat is applied
d. Weather anomalies elsewhere on the globe, not to mention earthquakes caused by fracking and even maybe by HAARP. Is that possible for your technological ‘go to’ wonder?
e. Why aren’t you helping to clean up Fukushima and the Pacific Ocean?
Years ago I came across some very thought-provoking, uplifting words with which I want to end. They were penned by some unknown in June of 1945—probably shortly after World War II ended, and the last part says:
Let the Plan of Love and Light work out, and may it seal the door where evil dwells.
Let Light and Love and Power restore the Plan on Earth!

He is non existent as well as the others, however the effects of their evil machines are quite real, yet they too shall be dealt with.
