Heroes come in all sizes and all ages, as illustrated by this story. An 11 year old girl in Oklahoma has certainly earned that title after her brave actions to defend her mother yesterday.
After a violent ex-boyfriend came to Brandy Moreno’s home (who she had a protective order against), he attacked and stabbed her. Fortunately, her 11 year old daughter knew just what to do. According to The Oklahoman,
Police said Henry broke into the house and began to attack Moreno until her daughter, Jayda Milsap, 11, shot Henry twice with a handgun. Henry tried to flee from the home after being shot and was found down the street, police said.
Both the mother and the suspect were taken to an area hospital for treatment. The suspect is said to be in serious condition. Moreno is stable and expected to recover.
If some politicians had their way, the mother would be hauled away in handcuffs for allowing a minor to access a firearm.
The 11 year old who fired the shots, as well as Moreno’s other children, are currently in protective custody.

lil girl has more moxie than most our cops and definitely more than this administration that wants to dis arm everyone including this girls parent and eventually her too in the future .. and if they get their way .this incident could have been a whole lot worse

You’re right, Outlaw. The kid’s an obvious hero, but after her 15 minutes of fame, they’ll probably use the event as an excuse to attack and disarm the parents, and sell the kid to a pedophile foster parent.
