Back in the first week of September of 2010 I was asked to write articles as a 99er on the 99er issue for World News Heard Now. When I observed the degree of apathy and surrender being demonstrated in the comments I realized that those who had attempted to lead the 99ers since they had come into existence were completely clueless as to how to bring any group together.
At that point I decided that, though I was writing for an online paper that was pretty much insignificant, I would try to develop strategies designed to bring the 99ers together as a movement. At first I set my design on destroying the apathy, by showing 99ers the undeniable power they have under our Constitution, and showing them how their forefathers had found their strength through unity under similar circumstances.
I then started offering strategies designed to show an effect, no matter how big or how small. The 99ers who had grown so desperate then began latching onto the strategies like a drowning person to a life preserver. We started seeing results and the movement started to grow.
This is when Gregg Rosen and 15 others, who had 99er sites that had failed to accomplish anything, saw what was occurring and made their first move designed to hijack the movement, forming the American 99ers Union, a few days after we had implemented our strategy of attacking as a single unit on a designated day. At the time I would not have minded a well financed Constitutional organization stepping forth, but the American 99ers Union, upon examination, proved socialist on its face and as a national jobless union could be identified as nothing else. I saw this for what it was – socialism in its purest form.
I was taught the Constitution by my father as a child. I was also taught that as an American citizen it is my duty to fight and die for our Constitution if necessary. And by the time I was a grown man I had sworn an oath more than once to protect and defend our Constitution against all enemies, foreign and domestic.
In seeing the American 99ers Union as an anti-constitutional socialist organization that was attempting to hijack what was becoming a patriotic movement, I could not allow it.
Our movement, when realized, will force the traitors in the Democratic and Republican parties out of power, and will reinstate our Constitution and Republic verbatim. After which we will end CAFTA, NAFTA, and GATT, stop the export of our jobs out of this country, and then arrest the banksters who have stolen $22 trillion from we the people, which in reality is what cost us our jobs. After retrieving the monies we will close our borders and expel all the illegal aliens and those here on visas that are working our jobs and hurting our economy through their abuse of our safety net system. Once we have all the money back in our country we will stop the export of our natural resources except in the form of 100% American manufactured goods. This coupled with placing huge trade tariffs on foreign imports will force the reestablishment of our industrial base. When we accomplish these things we will have reestablished our Free Republic under our beloved Constitution and will have nothing to look forward to but prosperity for many generations to come.
Anyone who doubts the truth of what I am saying can read every article I have written since becoming part of this movement which can be found on this site. You can see for yourself how the more we progress the greater the attempts to hijack the movement have become.
Back when George W. Bush first started the bailouts that began the massive transfer of wealth from the poor and the middle class to the rich, I came out in every venue available to me, blogs and talk radio, and used our Constitution to attack the right wing neo-con republicans as the traitors they were and are today. You see, I was one of those individual blades of grass that helped to start the true grass roots tea party movement.
When individual patriots across the country flocked to the Tea Party in an attempt to reinstate our Constitutional Republic, the power they represented was duly noted by the neo-cons who promptly stepped forward to hijack the movement. Sarah Palin, Newt Gingrich, Rush Limbaugh, Glenn Beck, and company are not the Tea Party. And how have they been attempting to hijack the Tea Party? By latching on and claiming as their own the actions and strategies being implemented by the true Tea Partiers.
You see when the Tea Party reached the point that it began backing its own candidates, the neo-con republicans stepped forward with the backing of the propaganda machine and endorsed the Tea Party candidates announcing themselves as the leaders of a leaderless organization. The whole concept of the Tea Party being the new Republicans is nothing but a lie.
Of course the true Tea Partiers were and are being denied access to mainstream media, thus when the mainstream propagandists come forth and identify the Tea Party as the neo-con republicans, the power of the true Tea Party movement is diverted from reality until the next election cycle.
The 99er movement, through the actions of patriotic 99ers, is now becoming politically powerful causing the socialist democrats to make a hijack attempt, using the same tactics used by the neo-con republicans to hijack the Tea Party. They want to call it the Job Party.
Back in December the free patriotic 99ers were pushing a strategy to go after the mainstream media and force the issues of the theft by the bankers as the true cause for our depression. So here comes the socialist democratic Job Party on December 2nd, attempting their hijacking by latching on to the actions we are taking through our strategies and calling them their own. And they will be afforded every device they require to complete the hijacking through the socialist labor unions, the communistic democratic party, and the mainstream propaganda machine. As they will be holding hands and swapping spit with the established corrupt power in our government, there will not be a whole lot we can do about it, that is until the next election.
One strategy they cannot steel from us is continuing to break the false left-right paradigm, which is exactly what the true Tea Partiers are doing in preparing to vote out the neo-cons and socialists in 2012.
It is really quite interesting if you look at it closely. The true Tea Partiers organized and attacked the false left-right paradigm in an attempt to identify the traitors in our government as the single group they truly are. And now the 99ers are doing essentially the same thing. So what does the one party system do in reaction? Well the neo-con republican start shouting I’m a Tea Partier and the socialist democrats start shouting I’m a 99er, thus they are attempting to reestablish the false left-right paradigm on a new level.
The grass roots Tea Partiers have not fallen for this and we 99ers cannot allow ourselves to either. We must continue to identify the Demopublicans and Republicrats for what they are and that is a single group of Tory traitors working for the international corporate mafia for our enslavement and eventual demise, through international communism, which is the ultimate goal of both the neo-con republicans and the socialist democrats.
We, as a free coalition, must continue to organize and educate. We must ignore those who are too ignorant to see the obvious and those who would embrace socialism out of desperation like the Germans did in the 1930s. We must unite behind our Constitution for the reinstitution of our Republic. And when 2012 rolls around, we must show the neo-con republicans and the socialist democrats that they are going to have to kill every one of us if they intend to take over our country and enslave us.
Any 99er who feels the need to join with the socialists I bid you go ahead and sign up with the social democratic Job Party. I promise you, you will go down in history just like the last batch of Tories did. When we the patriotic Americans take our country back all who oppose us are going to be brought to account.
In the United States to support any other form of government other than that described in our Constitution is an act of constructive treason. You 99ers who have stepped over on the other side of the fence may be feeling the power the union money represents right now. But you had better decide just how far you are willing to go to force socialism on the American patriots. I’ll tell you by God, there is no length we will not go to stop and destroy you.
For the 99ers true to our Constitution I tell you, if you must have a banner to march under let it be the 99ers Free Coalition Party. God bless our great Republic, death to the international corporate mafia and all who bend to its will, we the free coalition will prevail.

For heaven sakes there are so many movements going on I am totally confused. On the surface all of them sound good. I know I do not support the Sarah Palin and whatever that other woman’s name is Tea Party. They have no regard for the working class. I also don’t support republicans. I don’t know who the grass roots Tea Party are. Now I hear the 99er Union is socialist. Everything you say falls in line with what I believe, but I didn’t know the 99er Union was socialist. I do think the blogs are more about pro-99er v con-99er bashing. I just want our government leaders to lead and support what is right. No doubt everyone thinks they are right, but inhumane decisions are not right and that is what I know. We do not deserve to be treated like a race horse put down because they no longer serve their purpose of making money for the rich (neither do the horses deserve that treatment). I don’t know what is going to happen to us until the next election, but if I haven’t deserted to Canada or Australia, I will not vote for any encumbent. They are concerned with nothing more than keeping their posts and making self serving decisions. Breaking it down like that shows mutual exclusion and makes our political leaders unbelievably stupid. They are done! It drives me crazy that we are not in DC protesting, but as our leaders well know we have no money to get there! Even so, I have more than once asked people to contact me if they live in southern california so that we can at least protest at home and no one responds. I do not want any part of being a leader I just want our leaders to see and hear us and know that we are not going to stand for this! Even if I get a job, I will not forget this!

I fought for this country when asked and would have given up my life for her but i tell you now i would not do it. This country has gone to the rich and the middle class is the ones who paid. I am so upset the way American middle class has been treated. We gave everything we had to this nation for years and now it seems like we dont matter anymore. Im 63 years old, worked all my life and are now treated like dirt and told Im to old to do my trade and would be a liability than an asset. Employers act like im ready for the grave yard. I cant get any financing to start my own business. I have done autobody all mt life and people who are getting in wrecks are keeping there insurance checks just to get by.I dont blame them. If they get extra money it goes to the household for food elec. and so on.Our leaders are bleeding us dry and they dont care as long as they get theres.WE need to march on Washington as a whole and shut down the city to get our point across. I am with anyone who can come up with a plan to do this.

I truly enjoyed this article and your many excellent points. However, you are all over the spectrum politically when it comes to valid reasons for supporting HR589. That’s Ok, I get it, you’re a blogger/reporter! I think we both agree that the economy is struggling with no real evidence of any substantial recovery anytime soon. Let’s say by some miracle HR589 passes and 14 weeks of unemployment extensions are provided to the 99ers. Do you honestly believe this will solve the problem? Yes it will provide a temporary lifeline to some 99ers who by your own admission are mostly comprised of “baby boomers”.
What happens after those new 14 weeks of potential benefits expire? These 99ers will still be “baby boomers” perpetually struggling to find their way back into the workforce. Age discrimination is alive and well.
In the meantime we are all being told the government is broke and there remains no proposed method to pay for this bill. We can argue all day long if we are indeed broke or why we are broke or who is to blame. Nonetheless the status of the fiscal government is in the red. I maintain the argument that any momentum for this bill is misplaced. Everyone should be in fighting for a comprehensive jobs bill and all supporting policies some of which you mentioned, not additional tiers of unemployment compensation. I personally call this fight for more unemployment benefits at this point in the recession a “SQUARE WHEEL”, never really gaining ground while certain advocates secretly are trying to turn this country into a nanny state where everything in life is guaranteed and paid for by someone else.
I also personally believe that many of the 99ers have moved on to take jobs wherever they can find them or moved in with family or friends. They are truly grateful to the government for the 99 weeks they received and are now genuinely looking to find the answer in the economy NOT CONGRESS. I believe this is why there are only 200 plus supporters registered on opencrongress.com. I also believe that many of these registered supporters are not even 99ers, they are advocates in pursuit of socialistic happiness and could care less about 99ers. This is where I agree with your statement about how the 99ers union hijacked this cause.

You are absolutely correct. 14 weeks of unemployment at this point would equate to a band-aid on one of a hundred wounds. However I look at the unemployment as an insurance policy we all paid in on and now that it is time for it to pay us back, we find out that the monies are gone, as over the past thirty years those monies were invested and not only the profits, but the original investments, were returned to the rich folk who employed us through tax breaks. (I wrote an article on this a while back)
As for a government jobs program, the most this can accomplish is subsidized labor for the rich corporations while leaving us to work for minimum wage if at all.
The solution to the problem is actually quite simple. They need to undo what they did that caused the problem. I went over a part of that in today’s article.
The bottom line is $22 trillion has been stolen from the pockets of we the people. If it were back in our pockets, not only would there not be a financial crisis, but we would be enjoying prosperity. They have caused these financial crises over and over again throughout the history of our county. Each time they take all of the property we have acquired over our lives and our equity, after which they start the economy up again and begin selling it back to us.
I watched a movie last night called “Zeitgeist”. Though many will not agree with the theology it contains, the facts therein cannot be denied. I believe the only chance we have of breaking the stranglehold is through a uniting of well educated individuals as the individual cannot be controlled through mob mentality, which is what the propagandists rely on in applying their trade.
Angel and Brian have revealed that Open Congress.org is backed by The Sunlight Foundation which is funded by the Ford Foundation and the Rockefeller Family Fund. This is enough for me to dismiss it as a globalist tool being used in an attempt to discourage the 99ers and make us think that we can make no difference. I do not believe the 200 number and when this next election rolls around I intend to show our enemies that Open Congress.org equated to nothing more than wasted money.
If we keep the control of our actions in our own hands and away from our enemies we can decimate them. That, Mom, is a mathematical fact.
Please help me to understand something. I guess I find myself just simply wearing out.
Emotionally, physically and certainly financially. Are there so many other issues going on (i.e. protests, unions, collective bargaining, Libya, Democrats vs Republicans) that us 99ers have taken a back seat and are simpy being ignored. I have written/phoned so many congressional offices to this date. I feel like at the end of the day I simply have no impact. Trillions of bailout dollars to banks and corporations and I can’t even pay attention. Broke and begging seem to be my new normal.
