A manhunt is underway for a suspect — whom police say is armed and dangerous — wanted for a triple killing in Illinois.
Early Saturday morning, 22-year-old Raheem King was allegedly on a private charter limousine-style coach and shot three other passengers with an assault rifle, said police in Rockford, Illinois, which is about 90 miles northwest of Chicago. AMMAN (Reuters) – Syria and its main ally Russia blamed Israel for carrying out an attack on a Syrian air base near Homs on Monday which followed reports of a poison gas attack by President Bashar al-Assad’s forces on a rebel-held town.

A pilot with the U.S. Air Force’s elite Thunderbirds flight-demonstration team died Wednesday when the pilot’s F-16 crashed near Nellis Air Force Base outside Las Vegas.

A convicted drunk driver who broke back into the U.S. after being deported can stay, and was released from jail Monday, thanks to a California judge’s ruling.
In addition to drunk driving, U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforecment (ICE) officials report that Carrillo has also been convicted of possession of false identification.

The woman who opened fire on three people before killing herself at YouTube’s California headquarters has been identified as a frequent user of the site who was furious with the company for their ‘dictatorial’ new policies.

A woman shot multiple people Tuesday at YouTube’s headquarters in San Bruno, according to San Bruno Police.
Sources tell KRON4 that a woman shot and killed her boyfriend.

The U.S. Department of Justice on Wednesday sued California over a law that aims to give the state power to override the sale of federal lands, the latest battle between President Donald Trump and the nation’s most populous state.
California vowed to fight for the state’s first right to purchase federal lands or to arrange for a specific buyer — part of an aggressive effort in the heavily Democratic state to thwart the president’s agenda in his first year. Lawmakers who passed the law last year cited concerns that the Trump administration would allow more logging, oil drilling or development on some of the 46 million acres owned by the federal government in California. A Fort Worth woman was arrested Sunday night after authorities say she shot an Arkansas state trooper during a traffic stop.
Trooper Kyle Sheldon pulled over Elsbeth Tresa Kittinger, 49, along U.S. Highway 270 in Rockport, about 40 miles southwest of Little Rock, around 8:45 p.m. When he asked her to step out of her Dodge pickup, she shot him, according to the the Arkansas State Police.

JERUSALEM (AP) — Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu on Tuesday canceled an agreement with the United Nations to resettle thousands of African migrants, caving in to pressure from hawks in his coalition who opposed the deal because it would allow many other migrants to remain in the country.

JERUSALEM (Reuters) – Israel said on Monday it has canceled a plan to deport African migrants to Africa and reached an agreement with the U.N. refugee agency to send more than 16,000 to Western countries instead.

A group of students from Rockledge High School in Brevard County briefly walked out of class Friday to show their support for the Second Amendment.
About 75 students, according to a head count by school administrators, walked onto the school’s track carrying the American flag and signs that said “guns don’t kill people, people kill people” and “I support the right to bear arms.” The event lasted about 20 minutes and then students returned to class. California Gov. Jerry Brown on Friday pardoned five ex-convicts facing deportation, including two whose families fled the Khmer Rouge regime in Cambodia four decades ago.
The pardons don’t automatically stop deportation proceedings, but eliminate the state convictions federal authorities based their deportation decisions on. SEATTLE (AP) — A federal judge in Seattle opened the door Thursday for thousands of immigrants to apply for asylum, finding that the Department of Homeland Security has routinely failed to notify them of a deadline for filing their applications.

Multiple companies say they’re pulling their advertisements from conservative Fox News host Laura Ingraham’s show after she sent a tweet mocking Parkland shooting survivor and gun-control activist David Hogg.
