SAN DIEGO (CNS) – A suspect in the carjacking of a sedan who led the California Highway Patrol (CHP) on a high-speed chase from Riverside County to Otay Mesa was shot and killed by Customs officers at the border station there Saturday.

“The CHP terminated their pursuit of the vehicle which continued to the border where the vehicle stopped, then started to back up before going forward again,” San Diego Police Lt. Why filing falsified CPS reports is “legal” (not really, it’s just never investigated)

CPS will tell you they must protect the “integrity” of anonymous reporting, even if the report is falsified. They claim that in many cases, they don’t even know who made the report (untrue, because every telephone number is recorded in the file).

If I call to report witnessing a murder and I refuse to give my name or refuse to testify, there is no evidence of who committed the crime. An arrest cannot be made unless I testify as to who I saw commit the crime. J.P. Morgan will settle civil lawsuits related to mortgage bond matters with the U.S. Department of Justice for a record $13 billion, sources have told Bloomberg, The Wall Street Journal and other outlets.

JPMorgan Chase & Co. (JPM) has agreed to sell 1 Chase Manhattan Plaza, the tower built by David Rockefeller, to Fosun International Ltd., the investment arm of China’s biggest closely held industrial group, for $725 million.

1. Avoid other people: Establish a base camp away from populated areas. People are loud, noisy and in times of stress they will have no problem stealing your food/wife/water/weapons/clothes.

2. Have an escape plan. Your camp may become overrun, so you need a back-up. A safe haven to slip away to. This must be known by no more than 3 people for sake of security. “The promise of a modest pay raise and back pay for furloughed government employees are good first steps in recognizing the value of federal workers,” said Sen. Barbara A.
