If to look on the living standard, the family of four is expected to spend at least $23,050 per year, everything less than that is considered poor.
A family living in a rural state usually spends about $18,000 with mortgage, a family living in California with mortgage house is likely to spend at least $35,000 to maintain a very simple lifestyle. The same research proved that the number is not coming down, concluding that 47 million Americans are below the poverty level. WEB Notes: 20% enrichment is not bomb grade. Iran would need to reach 90% enrichment before they would have the required fuel to make a nuclear bomb. Of course they would need to design that bomb in such a fashion that it could be placed on a rocket. Of course they do not have such a rocket that can reliably deliver the payload required.
