LONGVIEW, TX (KLTV) – A Longview man was arrested after a homeowner thwarted a burglary Monday.
Police say that about 10:56 p.m., officers were dispatched to a home in the 800 block of Spring Street. When they arrived, the victim told them that a suspect, later identified as Kevin Mitchell Gonzales, 28, of Longview, attempted to enter the garage without permission. SEABROOK, NH – The U.S. Department of Homeland Security announced today that the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) will conduct a “full-scale” training exercise at the NextEra Energy Seabrook Station Nuclear Power Plant located in Seabrook on April 8, 2016. The exercise if being organized by FEMA, the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission, and state and local emergency management officials. Federal authorities logged 30 incidents of threatening behavior, vandalism and other acts at 13 wildlife refuges in the west while armed militants held the Malheur National Wildlife Refuge, according to a new report.
The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, which manages the bird sanctuary southeast of Burns, deployed 150 law enforcement officers to increase security at 63 agency properties in 15 states. That cost the federal agency $2.2 million, contributing to an estimated $6 million in expenses related to the 41-day occupation. SHARON, Vt. (AP) — An obelisk soars into the sky on a hill in central Vermont, marking the birthplace of the founder of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints — and perhaps heralding an immense, futuristic, utopia-like community based on his papers.

In this clip, the woman brags about how they wrestled a $40 million mine located in the park for $2.5 million dollars from two “little guys that had been in the 2nd World War” (their words, not mine). She continues, “which I stole the money from Washington to acquire it. ” FYI – The 111,000+ acres referred to on the white board do not include the land that was taken away from the ranchers.

FORT WORTH — A Facebook video apparently depicting a Fort Worth officer spraying pepper spray into a group of oncoming motorcyclists has received more than 200,000 views in 15 hours.
