Treasury-notes are the only money that can afford the deceived, defrauded and abused American people sufficient and permanent relief. It has long been demonstrated beyond question that these notes, limited in volume to the needs of exchanges and equities, are “as good as gold”. There is absolutely nothing new or strange in this proposition to constitute gold, silver, and United States treasury-notes, the equal and self-redeemable currency of the American people. Thomas Jefferson –the most elemental American yet given to his country– laid down, in substance, the most pressing requirement of our own day.  Continue reading “Shylock; as banker, bondholder, corruptionist, conspirator (1894)”

Claremont Review of Books – by Terrence O. Moore

More than a decade ago the nation was in a stir over the birth of a fictional boy. The boy was Avery, son of Murphy Brown. Television’s Murphy Brown, played by Candice Bergen, was a successful news commentator who, after an unsuccessful relationship with a man that left her alone and pregnant, bore a son out of wedlock. The event, popular enough in its own right, became the center of political controversy when then Vice President Dan Quayle in a speech to the Commonwealth Club of California lamented that the show was “mocking the importance of a father.” Suddenly the nation polarized over this question of “family values.” But the controversy over Murphy Brown’s childbearing soon died down. Truth Out – by Dahr Jamail

If a new bill in the Washington State legislature is passed, commanders of military bases could have the power to impact land use planning anywhere in the state.

Critics of the bill fear it would be a slide down the slippery slope of allowing the military free reign to do what it wants — wherever it wants to do it — within the state, with little or no recourse by the citizens it could impact. For example, the Navy, which has already expressed a desire to control marine traffic along Puget Sound’s Hood Canal region, could decide to close the waterway to all civilian traffic. Another Navy wish has been to end civilian drone traffic over civilian land near its bases — and it could decide to end it over the entire state. (While many might celebrate the end of drones, it would still be an instance of the military impeding civilian liberties.)   Continue reading “The Military Wants to Dictate Private Land Use — and Washington State Might Let It”

Pope Francis has been slammed by church officials and sex abuse survivors for cutting penalties for paedophile priests.

The Pope is said to be applying his vision of a ‘merciful church’ to sex offenders by reducing punishments to weaker sentences, such as a lifetime of prayer and penance.

It has been revealed by church officials that Pope Francis overruled advice given to him by the Vatican Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith about two priests  – allowing them to be punished by a lifetime of prayer.   Continue reading “Pope cuts penalties for paedophile priests”

Fraud, embezzlement, and using company funds to pay for prostitution are just a sampling of the accusations against the CEO of fact-checking website, Snopes — a site which, incidentally, is part of Facebook’s new panel to combat “fake news.”

Facebook’s choice to hire Snopes to arbitrate which news items will be allowed to stand and which should receive the Scarlet-Letter label ‘disputed’ already brought outrage — the site is notoriously left-leaning — but an exclusive report from the Daily Mail on alleged shady dealings should turn Mark Zuckerberg’s cheeks a deep shade of red.  Continue reading “Flashback: Snopes, the Supposed Arbiter of ‘Fake News’ — Accused of ‘Defrauding Own Site to Pay for Prostitutes’”

In 2016, NRA-endorsed Republican candidate Donald Trump won the presidency after many months of insisting that his Democratic opponent Hillary Clinton was going to grab your guns.

In February 2018, President Trump publicly called for a subversion of due process, and for the government to “take the guns first.”   Continue reading “Trump Goes Gun Grabber, Prompting White House Clean-Up”

As every informed person is well aware, Google / YouTube has been on a censorship rampage against conservative voices, not just demonetizing accounts but deleting them altogether. The radical Left’s “speech purge” is well under way, and their goal is the complete extermination of all pro-America, pro-Trump, pro-liberty voices.

In doing this, Google emerges as the single most evil entity in our modern world, and all those individuals who work for Google are complicit in these heinous crimes against liberty and the First Amendment. In pursuing this mass silencing of political speech they don’t like, however, Google has also opened up a huge opportunity for independent video sites to rise up and gain an enormous following of content creators.   Continue reading “Health Ranger to launch YouTube alternative that protects the free speech of real Americans”

The Southern Poverty Law Center is assisting YouTube in policing content on their platform, The Daily Caller has learned.

The left-wing nonprofit — which has more recently come under fire for labeling legitimate conservative organizations as “hate groups” — is one of the more than 100 nongovernment organizations (NGOs) and government agencies in YouTube’s “Trusted Flaggers” program, a source with knowledge of the arrangement told TheDC.   Continue reading “YouTube Secretly Using SPLC To Police Videos”

The Supreme Court smacked down the liberal Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals and ruled illegal immigrants in the U.S. cannot receive bond hearings.

In a 5-3 ruling on Tuesday, the nation’s highest court held that unauthorized immigrants in the country aren’t legally allowed to have hearings to determine if they can post bail from jail.

The decision follows an appeal from the Trump administration after the left-wing Ninth Circuit previously ruled illegal immigrants should be allowed to post bond and bail in the U.S.   Continue reading “Supreme Court Rules Illegals Could Be Detained Indefinitely”

After decades of United Nations “peacekeeping” troops and officials raping women and children all over the world with complete impunity and even “diplomatic immunity,” a chorus of global outrage and media attention is reaching epic proportions. A handful of predators are now facing justice. But the tsunami of public fury comes as widely reported estimates suggest some 60,000 victims have been raped and sexually abused by UN officials over just the last decade — with almost nobody punished but the victims and whistleblowers.   Continue reading “UN Exposed as Haven for Child Rapists; More Scandals Coming”
