The helicopters, designed by Yamaha Corp. U.S.A., have an empty weight of only 141 pounds, according to a Federal Aviation Administration document,[PDF] and they don’t require a human pilot. Multinational corporations like Monsanto can just load them up with Roundup and send them on their way.   Continue reading “Monsanto’s airborne pesticide drones coming soon: FAA approves unmanned, poison-spraying helicopters”

Can the government force raisin farmers to hand over large portions of their crop without paying any compensation?

On Monday, eight members of the Supreme Court resoundingly said, “No!” in Horne v. Department of Agriculture.

Under a 1940s era marketing order intended to maintain profits for domestic raisin producers, farmers are required to sell their raisin crops to raisin handlers, who then remove a portion of the crop from the market for the federal government to destroy or sell overseas at bargain barrel prices. The government sets the compensation price that the producers are to be paid for the surrendered raisins.   Continue reading “Supreme Court Decision Makes It Harder for Government to Take Personal Property From Americans”

Medford, Oregon | On Friday, May 30, U.S. Magistrate Judge Mark Clarke ruled in favor of upholding Jackson County’s Ordinance 635, essentially creating a GMO-free zone in the Rogue Valley of Southern Oregon. The ban on GMOs was to take effect June 6, prompting a lawsuit six months ago by two GMO farms in the area. The two farms, Schulz Farms and the James and Marilyn Frink Trust, which raise Monsanto “Roundup Ready” alfalfa, sued Jackson County on grounds that the ban violated Oregon’s Right to Farm Act. Hillary Clinton testifying on the Benghazi attackWND

NEW YORK – More than 100 pages of previously classified Department of Defense and Department of State documents implicate the Obama administration in a cover-up to obscure the role Hillary Clinton and the State Department played in the rise of ISIS.

The documents were obtained in a Freedom of Information Act lawsuit filed by the Washington watchdog Judicial Watch.

They confirm WND reporting over the past three years of evidence that U.S. Ambassador Christopher Stevens was involved in shipping weapons from Benghazi to support the al-Qaida-affiliated militias fighting the Bashar al-Assad regime in Syria, effectively arming the Sunni jihadists who morphed into ISIS.   Continue reading “Declassified docs: Hillary aided rise of ISIS”
