The Donald Trump administration issued two authorisations for the transfer of technical “nuclear expertise” to Saudi Arabia after the murder of journalist Jamal Khashoggi late last year, US Senator Tim Kaine has revealed.

FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. – One person was shot and killed and three others were wounded early Sunday in a shootout at a parking garage near the Broward Center for the Performing Arts in Fort Lauderdale, authorities said.

NUWEIBA – A dozen photographs have been removed from an exhibition on Israel in the Mexico City Metro after complaints filed by the Boycott, Divestment and Sanctions (BDS) movement against the Jewish state, claiming the images, which included scenes from the Golan Heights and eastern Jerusalem, depicted territories under “brutal military occupation.”

Israel’s Foreign Ministry on Sunday confirmed that 12 of 50 photographs had been removed from the “A Look at Israel” exhibit in the city’s metro. Police officers in Pakistan this week arrested an engineer from China for allegedly pushing a Pakistani worker into a three-story-deep furnace for failing to understand his instructions at a factory in Punjab’s Faisalabad region. The move prompted other employees to protest against Chinese national’s alleged mistreatment of locals staffers.

The massive numbers of families crossing the southwestern border continues to pull agents from their security missions to care for migrants. The vice president of the National Border Patrol Council recently told Fox News, “We’ve lost control of the border.”

“Our Border Patrol chief has mentioned that over 50 percent of our agents are not securing the border and they’re now actually processing, transporting, and caring for some of these asylum seekers,” U.S. Border Patrol Agent Hector Garza, in his role as vice-president of the National Border Patrol Council (NBPC), told Fox News’ Harris Faulkner. “But I would challenge that percentage. The majority of American voters oppose releasing border crossers applying for asylum into the interior of the United States while they await their court hearings, a new poll finds.

The latest Harvard/Harris Poll reveals that about 2-in-3 Americans, or 66 percent, said they oppose the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) releasing border crossers into the U.S. while they await their asylum claims process.
