The Gateway Pundit – by Jim Hoft

Last Wednesday, a small EPA-supervised work crew inspecting the Gold King mine accidentally knocked a hole in a waste pit, releasing at least three million gallons of acidic liquid laden with toxic heavy metals. (ABC)

This letter to editor, posted below, was published in The Silverton Standard and The Miner local newspaper, authored by a retired geologist, one week before EPA mine spill. The letter detailed verbatim, how EPA officials would foul up the Animas River on purpose in order to secure superfund money. If the Gold King mine was declared a superfund site it would essentially kill future development for the mining industry in the area. The Obama EPA is vehemently opposed to mining and development.   Continue reading “Letter to Editor PREDICTED COLORADO EPA SPILL One Week Before Catastrophe=> So EPA Could Secure Control of Area”

The number of foreign-born people employed in the U.S. dipped slightly in July but remained about three times higher than the number of unemployed native-born Americans, according to data released Friday by the Bureau of Labor Statistics.

KINGSVILLE, TX — A panel of judges unanimously held that the presence of bumper stickers, air fresheners, and religious symbols in a vehicle can be considered “reasonable suspicion of criminal activity” during a traffic stop.

The case stems from a March 9, 2011, traffic stop that took place along U.S. Highway 77 in Kingsville, Texas.  Officer Mike Tamez of the Kingsville Police Department observed a Chevy Tahoe with a woman behind the wheel, going 2 MPH above the posted speed limit. The family vehicle had a man in the passenger seat and a young girl in the back. The vehicle’s bumper was decorated with a Drug Abuse Resistance Education (D.A.R.E.) sticker and other “pro-police” decals.  There were also a few rosaries hanging from the rear view mirror, and some air fresheners visible.   Continue reading “Federal court rules that bumper stickers, air fresheners are reasonable suspicion of criminal activity”

LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) — A Hillview man has been arrested after he shot down a drone flying over his property — but he’s not making any apologies for it.

It happened Sunday night at a home on Earlywood Way, just south of the intersection between Smith Lane and Mud Lane in Bullitt County, according to an arrest report.

Hillview Police say they were called to the home of 47-year-old William H. Merideth after someone complained about a firearm.   Continue reading “Hillview man arrested for shooting down drone; cites right to privacy”

A judge on Friday ordered the seizure of identification documents and computer hard drives from Sheriff Joe Arpaio’s office, and chastised his attorneys for failing to turn over the evidence, requested months ago in a racial-profiling case against the Arizona lawman.

The U.S. Marshals Service later raided the Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office.

U.S. District Judge Murray Snow ordered the raid after a court-ordered monitor reported the sheriff’s office failed to hand over more than 1,400 identification documents – driver’s licenses, passports and identification cards – as part of a misconduct investigation involving the sheriff’s office.   Continue reading “U.S. marshals raid Sheriff Joe’s office”

Sandra Bland, the Texas woman who was discovered dead in a jail cell after being arrested for a traffic violation, was found by an initial autopsy to have committed suicide. The autopsy backs up what was previously reported by Waller County officials.

The medical examiner’s report failed to satisfy critics of the police that the activist had indeed taken her own life by hanging herself with a trash bag.   Continue reading “Activist’s Mugshots Come Out After Autopsy Rules Her Death a Suicide. One of These Pics Was Altered.”

A group of anti-Confederate protesters aren’t happy enough with the declaration by the city of Memphis that it wants to dig up and move the remains of Confederate general Nathan Bedford Forrest.

They want it done now.

A group surrounded a shovel Wednesday and ceremoniously removed a chunk of grass and soil.   Continue reading “Impatient protesters begin digging up Confederate general’s grave — themselves!”

Sputnik recently asked, “Is experimenting on people without their knowledge ever acceptable?” noting:

Just a few short years after America signed the Nuremberg Code, the US military conducted a secret bioweapons experiment on the city of San Francisco, without the knowledge of the people. The entire city was infected and one person died. But this wasn’t the only instance. There were at least 239 documented cases…   Continue reading “U.S. Military Conducted 239 DOCUMENTED Germ Warfare Experiments on Unwitting Citizens in Just 20 Years”

Editor’s note: meanwhile Israel‘s military cleared itself of any wrong doing in the thousands of Palestinian civilians deaths over the years including the slaughter of 4 Palestinian children playing soccer on the beach last year by Israeli forces.

The Israeli Knesset has overwhelmingly passed a new law that radically toughens punishments for people who throw stones – a tactic that is predominantly used by Palestinian protesters.   Continue reading “Israel approves 20 year prison terms for stone throwers”

Zero Hedge – by Tyler Durden

Two weeks ago, we highlighted a statistic that reflects the rapid demographic shift taking place in America. Non-Hispanic whites, Bloomberg reported, citing the Census Bureau, are no longer the majority in Americans under 5 years old.

Why does this matter or, perhaps more to the point, why do we mention it here? Because demographic shifts often have far-reaching consequences for the economy. Here’s what we said last month:   Continue reading “For The First Time Since It Was Mexico, California Now Has More Latinos Than Whites”

First, I’d like to send a huge “hat tip” to news anchor Gary Franchi of Next News Network and to Alexandra at Forbidden Knowledge TV for having the journalistic integrity to make this information available to the world. Where are ABC, CBS, NBC, AP, Reuters, etc.? And, why aren’t U.S. citizens being made aware of what really is going on?

After watching this almost 7 minute news release, readers will wonder how we were lulled into LaLa Land. Readers probably will question if everyone, especially so-called government officials, believe that all the ‘fascinating’ video war games unleashed upon society ought to be emulated in real life? Isn’t that taking ‘entertainment’ just a little too far? What will be the consequences?    Continue reading “Talisman Sabre 15 Happening Now”

I am not adding much commentary to this, because I really think little is necessary. I am busy trying to find a hand hold on our slippery slope, because I fear my nation is falling into an abyss.

Excerpted from the Northern Colorado Gazette:

Using the same tactics used by “gay” rights activists, pedophiles have begun to seek similar status arguing their desire for children is a sexual orientation no different than heterosexual or homosexuals.   Continue reading “That was FAST: Yesterday it was gay marriage; Now look who wants “equal rights””
