A Seattle federal judge on Tuesday recommended that his court hear the case of a Mexican immigrant with a work permit who is challenging his arrest by U.S. immigration authorities in February.

In a report filed in district court, U.S. Magistrate Judge James Donohue recommended denying the U.S. government’s motion to dismiss the case brought by Daniel Ramirez Medina, a so-called Dreamer who came to the United States illegally with his parents when he was about 10 years old.   Continue reading “Seattle judge recommends ‘Dreamer’ case be heard in federal court”

Milwaukee, WI — Terrill Thomas’ life gradually slipped away as he languished behind the bars of a solitary confinement cell begging guards for water after they shut it off — a request repeated vociferously by fellow inmates nearby — but for at least six days, at least ten jailers ignored his cries for the most basic human need.

“Prisoners confined near Terrill Thomas’s cell overheard his cries for water for days,” court documents state, “yet correctional, medical and psychological personnel ignored those cries and never gave Terrill Thomas water, presumably as some misguided form of punishment or retribution for the alleged crimes that brought him to the justice facility.”   Continue reading “‘Hero’ Sheriff Clarke Sued for Dehydrating Man to Death as He Begged for Water”

The victims of a mass shooting at a Florida nightclub in June 2016 will receive nearly $8.5 million for emotional and financial support for victims’ families, those wounded in the attack and responders, the U.S. Department of Justice said on Tuesday.

In a statement, the department’s Office for Victims of Crime (OVC) said the funds would be granted on Wednesday and distributed by officials in Florida, where 49 people were killed at a gay nightclub in Orlando in the deadliest mass shooting in modern U.S. history.  Continue reading “U.S. gives Florida nightclub shooting victims nearly $8.5 million”

A group of competitors will make the trip to Russia to compete on a “Hunger Games” themed television show, where fighting, rape, and murder are allowed.

According to the Siberian Times, the show, titled “Game2: Winter,” will film on a Siberian Island in the Ob River. The presumably graphic show will air on the internet.

The show’s primary objective is to stay alive until the first of April 2018. To that end, the show’s producers have instituted a simple rule: Everything is allowed. Fighting, alcohol, murder, rape, smoking, anything.   Continue reading “Real Life Hunger Games-Themed Internet Show Will Allow Actual Rape and Murder”

Permit me to set the scene. This has all been set up by the Deep State, over a period of many years, in fact.

To begin with, Donald Trump is not an outsider, he’s an insider, and has been for a long time. He’s a New York City multi-billionaire with numerous business and personal contacts in industry, high finance and government at all levels. That has been true for decades, even before he ran for political office.   Continue reading “You’re Being Played: Trump Is The Pied Piper”

Perrin, TX — Two and a half years after former oil field worker Cody Murray and three family members endured severe injuries when their pump house abruptly exploded into a fireball, new studies point the finger of blame squarely at one of Big Oil’s most disputatious practices: fracking.

“It’s really incontrovertible,” asserted Murray family attorney, Christopher Hamilton, of rapidly amassing evidence hydraulic fracturing was responsible for decimating the Texas family’s pump house in August 2014. “Sometimes the science just overwhelms.”

98-year-old Mark Karkoc of Minneapolis, Minnesota was accused of being a Nazi war criminal four years ago, after an investigation by the Associated Press unearthed evidence that he led a Ukrainian SS Unit in World War Two. Now Polish authorities want the man extradited so that he can stand trial for his crimes.

Polish Prosecutor Robert Janicki said that “all the pieces of evidence interwoven together allow us to say the person who lives in the U.S. is Michael K., who commanded the Ukrainian Self Defense Legion which carried out the pacification of Polish villages in the Lublin region.” The evidence is based on wartime documents, testimony from other men who served in the unit, and Karkoc’s memoirs.   Continue reading “Poland Wants to Extradite Elderly Minnesota Resident Accused of Being Nazi War Criminal”

Fourteen million Americans would lose medical insurance by next year under a Republican plan to dismantle Obamacare that would also reduce the budget deficit, a nonpartisan congressional research office said on Monday, throwing President Donald Trump and Republicans on the defensive as they press forward with replacement legislation.   Continue reading “Republican plan to repeal Obamacare would leave millions uninsured: report”

In today’s hypersensitive bizarro environment, where people are quite literally having mental breakdowns following the election of President Donald Trump, everything that used to be normal appears to now elicit howls of racism, xenophobia and sexism.

In the latest example we turn to Iowa, where students from Valley High School attended a basketball game in traditional red, white and blue attire they reportedly wear to big games. One would think that showing support for their team wearing the colors of the U.S. flag wouldn’t even raise an eyebrow, but you’d be wrong.   Continue reading “It Is Now “BLATANT RACISM” To Wear Red, White And Blue”

USA – -(Ammoland.com)- “New York Attorney General files response in Taser case, and no, it’s not a joke,” attorney Stephen Stamboulieh notes in response to the state’s position in the matter of Avitabile v. Cuomo. “I guess before I argue these motions on March 24, 2017, I have to figure out if the Supreme Court’s Heller opinion is binding law in New York. “

The memorandum by A.G. Eric T. Schneiderman seeks the United States District Court for Northern District of New York’s denial of an injunction to lift a state ban, citing six points for the court to consider, including the plaintiff “does not have a Second Amendment right to possess a Taser or a stun gun – even within his own home … There is a legitimate question as to whether Tasers or stun guns are even “bearable arms” [and] There is also a legitimate question as to whether Tasers or stun guns are ‘in common use…’”   Continue reading “New York AG Claims No Right to Own Taser or Stun Gun Even in Own Home”

A disturbing and reckless precedent was just set by the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 4th Circuit which held that the US Constitution does not necessarily require cops to stop a K9 from tearing an innocent person to shreds. Seriously.

According to the ruling in the case of an innocent homeless man being mauled, nearly to death by a K9, police officers who deliberately allow their K9 to maul innocent people will be immune from liability and victims will have zero recourse.   Continue reading “Court Rules Cops Can Allow Dogs to Maul Innocent People”

FRESNO, Calif. (CN) – A married couple claim Fresno sheriff’s officers destroyed their house by using it as a training ground for a teargas-wielding SWAT team, 50 vehicles, two helicopters, a K-9 unit and a fire truck — because an unarmed homeless man had been found in their closet.

David and Gretchen Jessen sued Fresno County and the City of Clovis on March 8 in Fresno County Court. They say the unconstitutional assault on their home was “excessive, unreasonable, violent, destructive … intrusive … unnecessary and unreasonable.”  Continue reading “Bewildered Farmers Sue Fresno County for Overkill”

A second federal judge—this one in Wisconsin—on Friday blocked President Donald Trump’s new executive order (EO) on immigration travel, while the federal judge who blocked the first EO is reserving judgment on the revised EO.

Trump signed EO 13780 on Mar. 6, replacing his original order (EO 13769), temporarily restricting immigration from several terror-prone nations. Judge James Robart of the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Washington issued a temporary restraining order (TRO) against the first EO. The San Francisco-based U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit kept the TRO in place.   Continue reading “Federal Court Blocks Trump Admin’s Immigration Executive Order”

One step at a time. Before we can grant full human rights to lobsters, the more mature barking moonbats realize that courts must come to accept personhood rights for chimpanzees:

On Thursday, [animal lawyer Steve] Wise — who founded the Nonhuman Rights Project on behalf of the great apes, cetaceans and elephants — will go before the appellate division of the Supreme Court of the State of New York in Manhattan and argue that two of his clients, chimpanzees Kiko and Tommy, should be afforded the rights of “personhood.” …

FBI documents recently published by Muckrock show that the FBI was investigating ties between the Vatican, Freemasons and the Mafia. The investigation involved an assassination plot against a Vatican official named Roberto Calvi who was involved in a deep conspiracy involving large sums of money and terrorist operations. Ironically enough, the CIA was deeply involved in this criminal network with the aforementioned parties, which shows that when it comes to clandestine operations, agencies like the CIA and FBI are entirely compartmentalized to the point where one agency can be running a criminal operation without the other agency having any idea of their involvement. Of course, the CIA was not mentioned in these documents, but many researchers over the years have shown that the CIA, the Vatican, The Freemasons, and the Mafia were involved in a long-running program called “Operation Gladio.”   Continue reading “Leaked Docs Show FBI Investigated Ties Between Mafia, Masons & Vatican In Assassination Plot”
