A Louisiana state judge on Wednesday threw out an order from the state’s Democratic governor aimed at protecting the rights of gay and transgender people, ruling that the governor had overstepped his authority.

Bakersfield, CA — At 12:30 am on Monday morning, Bakersfield police shot and killed 73-year-old Francisco Serna as he stood in his driveway. Immediately following the shooting, police released details noting that Serna was killed for ‘brandishing a gun.’ However, early Tuesday morning, we’ve now learned that there was never a gun and police fabricated that vital piece of information.

Wang showed up at Trump Tower about 6:35 p.m. Monday and tried to get in at a checkpoint. When his bag set off the metal detector, the Secret Service moved in and asked him to open it. A police officer at a Nevada school shot a student last week, and the details are horrific.

The student – 14-year old Logan Clark – was reportedly emotionally distressed, bleeding, and armed with a knife when he was shot in the chest by a campus cop at Hug High School in Reno.
