In an interview with David Remnick published in The New Yorker on Sunday, President Obama equated smoking marijuana with “a bad habit and a vice, not very different from the cigarettes that I smoked as a young person up through a big chunk of my adult life. I don’t think it is more dangerous than alcohol.”   Continue reading “Obama: Pot is ‘a bad habit’ that is no ‘more dangerous than alcohol’”

The alien world of aquatic micro-organisms just got new residents: synthetic self-propelled swimming bio-bots.

A team of engineers has developed a class of tiny bio-hybrid machines that swim like sperm, the first synthetic structures that can traverse the viscous fluids of biological environments on their own. Led by Taher Saif, the University of Illinois Gutgsell Professor of mechanical science and engineering, the team published its work in the journal Nature Communications.   Continue reading “Synthetic Self-Propelled Swimming Micro-Bio-Bots”

russia attacks america 2The Common Sense Show – by Dave Hodges

As reported on KTAR FM radio, Phoenix, AZ., on January 17, 2014, the cyber attacks upon Target Inc., have Russian mafia fingerprints on the identity theft of over one hundred million Americans. If one knows their Russian history, we know that since the pretend collapse of the “former” Soviet Union, the KGB changed uniforms and ran the Russian mafia which also happens to be the origin source of Putin. The notorious Russian mafia, the Russian KGB, there is no difference. For that matter, the notorious drug running America mafia, the CIA (e.g. Air America, Iran-Contra, creation of the LA cocaine street, cocaine- dealing gangs), there is no difference. The CIA and the KGB do not work exclusively for their host nations. Continue reading “Russian Motivations for Attacking the United States”

There is a brand of people amongst us. They have no name but they exist. They are everywhere, at work, at home, at school, and in the streets, stores, and shopping malls. It is highly unlikely to not know someone who belongs in this category. It’s the so called non-conspiracy theorists. You know, the guy who tries to terminate conversations by alleging that you are nothing more than a “conspiracy theorist” and the information you share is false or not believable. Yes, that guy. Let’s meet face to face with your typical non-conspiracy theorist. We all know them, they often are the ones who hold the “conspiracy” verbal accusation as a valid logically defined argument in and of itself. The logic works like this:   Continue reading “The Psychology of Being a “Non-Conspiracy Theorist””

After five years, the verdict is out on Bitcoins: they represent a ‘free market’ Globalist dream, paving the way for a global cashless currency.

Its rise in value is quite stunning. Bitcoin started trading in early 2009 at just a few cents. Later in 2011, a Bitcoin was worth $6 and today people pay about $650. Recently, it reached $1000, when Chinese buyers started weighing in but took a big hit when the Chinese Government clamped down, citing ‘lack of consumer protection’. Bitcoin has crashed a couple of times on the way up, but has always rebounded.    Continue reading “Bitcoins – Trial Run for Cashless Currency”
