A Florida bus driver will not face criminal charges for a brutal school bus fight, caught on cell phone video, that left a bullied boy with a broken arm.
John Moody, 64, was driving students home from summer school July 9 when three 15-year-old boys on his bus attacked a 13-year-old boy, stomping on him 23 times and breaking his arm. One of the attackers also stole the boy’s money, reports The Associated Press.

Nuclear weapons have alternately been blamed for making the world less safe and making it more safe. As a grad school major in national security, I am personally of the opinion that nuclear weapons have kept the great powers from fighting a third and even fourth world war, since those who have them know they cannot “win” an all-out war without sustaining unacceptable damage themselves.
Indeed, good or bad, nuclear weapons became a cornerstone of national security policy during the Cold War, waged between the democratic governments of the West, led by the United States, against the communist and authoritarian governments of the East, led by the former Soviet Union. But did they have to be? What if someone in our own government helped our Cold War rival develop them? National Security Agency director says the agency has found a solution to prevent future Snowdens from disclosing classified information by replacing its system administrators with machines.
Speaking at a cyber security conference, Gen. Keith B. Alexander said intelligence agencies are going to reduce 90 percent of system administrators. Edward Snowden leaked top secret US intelligence when he was an NSA contractor system administrator, according to the Huffington Post . The question of what is reasonable under HOA regulations seems to have been answered, at least in the case of The Douglas County Housing Partnership and their reversal of a policy that was set to be imposed by Ross Management Group.
An emergency meeting of the housing authority was called in the wake of the outcry following a new notice to Oakwood Apartments in Castle Rock, Colorado which stipulated that owners would no longer be permitted to have guns in their residence as of October 1, 2013. A government created fear designed to enlist public support for controls, legislation, rules and regulation increasing government power, while reducing individual rights, is called a False Flag Event (FFE). The fear is usually something quite dramatic, like the bombing of Pearl Harbor or the decimation of the World Trade Centers. But, fear can also be insidious, fanning out slowly like carbon monoxide filling an unventilated garage while a motor vehicle is running. Brandie Redell, 34, was admittedly shoplifting, was caught and brought to the security offer where two Quad Cities police officers were present. Due to dangerously unhealthy air, masks are now recommended for children and the elderly in the Medford area, according to the Department of Environmental Quality and Medford Alert on Wednesday evening.
The Red Flag warning for thunderstorms producing abundant lightning on the Rogue River-Siskiyou National Forest is in effect through midnight on Thursday, according to the Oregon Department of Forestry, Southwest Oregon. Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu claims Iran is expanding its enrichment of uranium despite a call by Iran’s new President Hassan Rohani for talks on the county’s nuclear energy program.

U.S. Army Private First Class Bradley Manning’s maximum prison sentence of 136 years was reduced to a maximum sentence of 90 years behind bars.
Judge Denise Lind, an Army colonel, announced Manning’s reduced sentence during a closed session at Ft. Meade, Md., on Tuesday.
