Yep – Round Up, Monsanto’s favorite herbicide and one of their best-selling products, is considered a Hazmat issue for local cities and towns. Officials on the Pacific Coast are puzzled by the deaths of hundreds of small, white-bellied seabirds since October.

The birds, called Cassin’s auklets, are mostly gray in color and have blue feet. (Reuters) – Electronics retailer RadioShack Corp <rsh.n> might prepare to file for bankruptcy protection by next month, the Wall Street Journal reported citing people familiar with the matter.

Texas-based Radioshack is in talks with a private-equity firm that could buy its assets out of bankruptcy, the Journal reported, citing sources.

Blasts in the area of Donetsk airport illuminated the sky on Tuesday as heavy fighting between Ukraine’s army and local militia continued throughout the day. The situation has significantly deteriorated in the last 24 hours, according to the OSCE mission.
