If you still think the United States government would never harm its own citizens for the benefit of federal agencies, then I would direct your attention to a formerly classified black ops program launched by the US government starting way back in 1945. With the goal of testing highly radioactive substances on overall healthy patients through secret injections administered by government agents, the program has still been widely ignored since being released to the public in recent years.   Continue reading “Flashback: US Govt Injected Citizens with Uranium Under Secret Program”

Cleveland, Ohio – Timothy Russell and Malissa Williams were driving near downtown Cleveland on November 29, 2012, when Russell’s car backfired. Police in the area apparently mistook the sound for gunfire and gave chase.

What took place next was a stunning car chase that involved over 60 police cruisers and lasted almost a half hour.

It’s unclear exactly why Russell didn’t pull over, but what is clear is that when the chase ended, Russell and Williams were killed in a hail of gunfire after 13 officers unloaded 137 rounds into the vehicle in an elementary school parking lot.   Continue reading “137 Shots by 13 Cops Plus Two Dead Unarmed Civilians Equals Taxpayers on the Hook for $3 Million”

Zoe Taylor had her first epileptic seizure in May 2013. It was the most frightening and painful experience of her life. ‘I’ve had two children without pain relief and that was a breeze by comparison,’ says Zoe, 33. ‘It was a pain you can’t imagine. It started in my tongue and I felt impelled to open my jaws as wide as possible. ‘I expelled all the air from my lungs and then I couldn’t breathe in.’

As well as feeling as if she was suffocating, her body was jerking uncontrollably, then she fell unconscious. After that, she had similar seizures every six weeks or so and smaller ones up to ten times a day. ‘My jaw would go fuzzy and numb. Afterwards, I’d feel tired and get emotional about the smallest thing.’ In July, the cause was revealed – a slow-growing brain tumour.    Continue reading “Scientists are studying the ketogenic diet as a weapon against cancer”

Health overhaul's subsidies at Supreme CourtYahoo News – by Rick Newman

Taxes are bad enough when you know they’re coming—and much worse when they arrive unexpectedly.

As the Affordable Care Act enters its second year of operability, a key and controversial element of the plan will begin to affect several million Americans for the first time. People who didn’t have health insurance during 2014 may soon have to pay a penalty fee that starts at $95 and goes up based on how much you earn. Some Americans know about the penalty, and they’ve budgeted for it or at least accepted its inevitability. But several million others could be in for a rude surprise when Washington assesses a fee they didn’t even know was coming.   Continue reading “Another rude Obamacare surprise awaits”

An HSBC branch in London. The Guardian – by Rory Carroll

China has blocked access to HSBC’s banking portal and possibly thousands of other websites in what appears to be a new censorship campaign days before it hosts a major internet industry conference.

Greatfire.org, a group that researches Chinese internet censorship, said on Tuesday HSBC had been caught up in a crackdown against so-called mirror sites which let users access censored sites such as YouTube.

Greatfire.org said Beijing had shut access to HSBCnet and EdgeCast, one of the world’s biggest content delivery networks (CDN) in order to block a pathway to forbidden sites.   Continue reading “China steps up web censorship and blocks HSBC”

Police told not to wear uniform on way to work due to terror fearsMetro

Beat police officers have been warned not to wear their uniforms on the way to work, due to fears they may be targeted by jihadi terrorists.

MI5 chiefs have warned that ‘home grown’ terror groups are planning another attack similar to the slaughter of drummer Lee Rigby.

Police officers have been told not to wear uniform while travelling to and from work – and to be extra careful revealing information on social media.

MI5 also believes that terrorists are scanning personal profiles on Instagram, Twitter and Facebook to pick out suitable victims.   Continue reading “Police told not to wear uniform on way to work due to terror fears”

A suburban St. Louis high school student is being credited with saving a baby’s life.

Social Security Card SampleConservative HQ – by George Rasley

One of the issues that killed the Senate’s hated “Gang of Eight” amnesty for illegal aliens bill was that it allowed the amnestied illegal aliens to immediately access public benefits reserved for citizens and legal immigrants.

House conservatives correctly argued that the “Gang of Eight” bill and its various House companion bills would allow illegal aliens immediate access to Social Security, Medicare, Medicaid and various other welfare programs, such as food stamps.   Continue reading “Obama’s Amnesty Will Loot Social Security To Give Your Money To Illegal Aliens”

In nations around the world, the United Nations Small Arms Treaty will take effect on Christmas Eve of this year.

Of course, the United States is not one of those countries as the the Senate hasn’t even voted on the treaty yet, let alone actually ratified it by the 2/3 majority vote required. The strong Republican majority which will convene in 2015 makes it even less likely that this treaty would ever pass the US Senate.

However, some gun rights advocates are worried that the Obama administration, who has made it clear that the president plans to act executively on several other issues, may use the treaty as an excuse to attempt to impose further gun regulations via executive order. This could especially hold true in regards to import/export restrictions, something the president has already acted on in recent years. According to TheBlaze:   Continue reading “United Nations Small Arms Treaty Will Take Effect on Christmas Eve”

Again. Congress sucks. They have a toilet-flushworthy approval rating. Yeah. That’s an adjective I just made up to be able to fully illustrate the fact that I’m talking about utter crap. But instead of flushing the turds like turds should be flushed, some of America ran out to the polls like a pack of crazed jackals and OVERWHELMINGLY RE-ELECTED THESE CRIMINALS EN MASSE.

Politifact even did the checking on this one and deemed it true. The numbers could be fudged a little both ways, with the approval ratings skyrocketing as high as 14% and the re-elected numbers going down as low as 95%, but overall…THIS MEME JUST HAPPENED TO AMERICA.   Continue reading “FAIL: With a Pathetic 11% Approval Rating, a Whopping 96% of Congress was Re-Elected”
