In an interview with the New Yorker, President Obama said he thinks “the Equal Protection Clause [of the U.S. Constitution] does guarantee same-sex marriage in all 50 states.” He better think again.
It seems that every new law that’s being imposed on us is built on the foundation of the Fourteenth Amendment, the most litigated part of the Constitution. It’s a legal wax nose easily shaped to fit every liberal cause.
Any group, real, imagined, or manufactured can appeal to the Fourteenth Amendment for the creation of a new set of rights. Continue reading “Contrary to Obama Constitution Does Not ‘Guarantee’ Same-Sex Marriage”

Barack Obama’s last three Presidential vacations cost $6.2 million.
As a friend made me think, when he sent me this story, if this man ever opens his mouth again about “income inequality” and “economic injustice,” someone needs to tell him to shut up. A Secret Service agent would be perfect. The next two years can’t be over soon enough. I’m sure he’ll add another $5-$10-million to this obscene bill to shove down our throats before he’s done. A newly disclosed Department of Defense doctrinal publication acknowledges the reality of offensive cyberspace operations, and provides a military perspective on their utility and their hazards.
Attacks in cyberspace can be used “to degrade, disrupt, or destroy access to, operation of, or availability of a target by a specified level for a specified time.” Or they can be used “to control or change the adversary’s information, information systems, and/or networks in a manner that supports the commander’s objectives.” Continue reading “Offensive Cyber Operations in US Military Doctrine”

You can bet that polio vaccines will now be promoted since the Glaxo Smith Kline (accidental) dumping of live polio viruses into a Belgium lake. On the same token, you can bet that forced Ebola vaccinations are just around the corner due to fear of Ebola spreading through the U.S., but do we really want to trust an industry which already puts carcinogenic adjuvants into the vaccines used to “treat” measles, mumps, polio, rubella, cervical cancer, and more? I doubt it. Continue reading “Most Vaccines Contain Cancer-Causing Ingredients, But What More…?”
Islamic State has published a new video in which a jihadist shows off brand-new American hardware, which was purportedly intended for the Kurds they are fighting in the Syrian border town of Kobani.
The undated video, posted by the unofficial IS mouthpiece “a3maq news”, sees a jihadist showing several boxes of munitions with English-language markings, with a parachute spread out on the ground beside. Health minister Yasuhisa Shiozaki said Tuesday travelers arriving from Guinea, Liberia and Sierra Leone are now required to report their health condition to officials twice daily for three weeks, regardless of whether they have had known contact with Ebola patients.
The move comes amid growing fears of a global Ebola pandemic. Japan’s response so far includes the introduction of a bill in the Diet that would give local governments greater power to require patients with an infectious disease to submit samples for testing for Ebola. In perhaps the most stunning documentation yet of abuses by Eric Holder’s Justice Department, two former Assistant United States Attorneys spoke to defense attorneys and revealed appalling deceit and corruption of justice. This latest litigation time bomb has exploded from multi-million dollar litigation originally brought by the Department of Justice against Sierra Pacific based on allegations that the lumber company and related defendants were responsible for a wildfire that destroyed 65,000 acres in California.
In what was dubbed the “Moonlight Fire” case, the tables are now turned. The defendants have discovered new evidence and filed a stunning motion. The new evidence and disclosures are being taken seriously by the Chief Judge of the Eastern District of California—as they should be. In a shocking action, Judge Morrison C. England Jr. ordered the recusal of every federal judge in the Eastern District of California. Continue reading “Fed Up With Govt Misconduct, Federal Judge Takes Nuclear Option”

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention quietly deleted its advice to hospitals on Sunday covering what kind of ‘personal protective equipment’ – the hazmat suits known as PPE – health care workers should wear around possible or confirmed Ebola patients.
The changes to the CDC’s website were made Saturday, the same day the embattled agency issued new overall guidelines about what kind of care Ebola sufferers should receive in hospitals. Continue reading “CDC DELETES controversial guidelines for hospital hazmat suits to battle Ebola”
