An internal summary of Border Patrol operations at the U.S. Customs and Border Protection Nogales (Arizona) Placement Center stated that 16 unaccompanied immigrant children being held at the facility are members of Mara Salvatrucha (MS-13) transnational criminal gang.

The summary, which was obtained by the Townhall online magazine, noted that Border Patrol officials at Nogales were alerted to the MS-13 presence among the detainees when they discovered gang-related graffiti in the walls of the processing center. A new, ultra-thin type of ATM skimmer has been identified by the European ATM Security Team (East) in its latest report.

The thin skimmer improves on previous designs by fitting directly inside the card slot, but was only seen in one country that the non-profit group investigated.

The Obama administration has listed a Central American street gang as an international criminal organisation subject to US sanctions.

This is first time the designation has been given to such a group in the US. MS-13, which started as a Los Angeles gang composed largely of Salvadorian immigrants, is believed to have as many as 10,000 members across 46 US states and Central America. On Friday, Vice President Joe Biden used an Independence Day celebration and speech in Philadelphia to compare gay marriage to the Civil Rights Movement and push for more gay marriage.

According to The Hill, “[Biden] said he was reminded of two Philadelphias, one where the Declaration of Independence was signed 238 years ago and the other in Mississippi where civil rights workers were murdered in June 1964, two weeks before President Lyndon Johnson signed the Civil Rights Act.” After saying that the two Philadelphias helped give meaning to the words “all men are created equal,” Biden reportedly said that gay marriage was the next battle to expand the “notion that all men are created equal.”   Continue reading “Joe Biden: Gay Marriage Fulfills Declaration of Independence”

When the Obama administration failed in its bid five years ago to have the Democrat-controlled Congress create an unconstitutional cap-and-trade regime targeting carbon dioxide to fight “global warming,” it waited a few years, then imposed the radical scheme by executive decree. Rather than foisting it directly on businesses and individuals, Obama’s new presidential edicts purport to commandeer state governments for the purpose. A border patrol agent was diagnosed with scabies after processing undocumented immigrants in Otay Mesa, California, the agent’s union representative said. Ronald Zermeno, health and safety director for the National Border Control Council union, said the agent told him that he observed several people with open sores while screening them in preparation to be released to U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement.
