Cyprus has adopted a broad definition of anti-Semitism that takes aim at some expressions of anti-Israel sentiment, the Mediterranean island country announced Wednesday.

Livingston, LA — A high level Livingston Parish Sheriff’s Office deputy — who commanded the SWAT team — and his wife have been indicted this week on more than 150 felonies for unspeakable crimes against children. Dennis Perkins, 44, and and his wife Cynthia Perkins, 34, are accused of multiple counts of child rape and the production of child pornography, among other disturbing charges. Philadelphia, PA — Earlier this month in Florida, a tragedy unfolded when two armed thugs hijacked a UPS truck with the driver still inside. The chase ended in a hail of gunfire as police failed to follow any safety protocols, used innocent bystanders as human shields, and two innocent people were killed as a result. A single variable in this situation, however, could’ve drastically changed the outcome. Had the UPS driver been armed, he may still be alive, along with the innocent bystander who was also killed in the unnecessary crossfire. A Georgia homeowner shot and killed an intrusion suspect around noon on Wednesday.

Surveillance footage of the outside of Jeffrey Epstein’s cell at the troubled Metropolitan Correctional Center during his suicide attempt has gone missing, prosecutors revealed Wednesday.
Assistant U.S. Attorney Jason Swergold admitted nobody can find the footage of the outside of the cell the multimillionaire perv shared with accused quadruple murderer Nick Tartaglione during a hearing in White Plains District Court. Tartaglione, a former Briarcliff Manor cop, faces the death penalty for the alleged murders in a drug deal gone bad.
The U.S. government may collect information about U.S. citizens without obtaining a warrant if the information is gathered inadvertently while legally carrying out surveillance of non-nationals abroad, a U.S. appeals court ruled on Wednesday.
The 2nd U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals in New York ruled in an appeal by Agron Hasbajrami, a U.S. resident arrested in 2011 and who later pleaded guilty to a charge of attempting to provide material support to a terrorist organization. British startup StandardToilet has designed the toilet from hell all to benefit companies and boost employee productivity.

Senate Republicans and Democrats approved a defense budget for Fiscal Year 2020 after slipping into it an amnesty for nearly 1,000 Liberian nationals who will now be eligible for American citizenship.
This week, the Senate passed the 2020 National Defense Authorization Act that includes a provision that gives amnesty to about 840 Liberian nationals and their children who would otherwise have self-deported from the United States in March. TEL AVIV – President Donald Trump’s executive order last week targeting anti-Semitism is a “game-changer,” the U.S. special envoy for combating anti-Semitism Elan Carr told a crowd in Tel Aviv Tuesday night.

American taxpayers are once again being forced to subsidize border security measures in the Middle East as part of the latest government spending bill.
While construction for barriers at the United States-Mexico border receives explicitly less than $1.4 billion in federal funds for Fiscal Year 2020, foreign countries are again sweeping up billions more in U.S. taxpayer money to strengthen their borders. Authorities from Texas are searching for five people who opened fire on shoppers at a San Antonio mall, wounding four.
The shooting came exactly one week before Christmas, and investigators still do not have a motive. According to San Antonio Police Department Chief William McManus, the victims included three males, ages 17, 26, and 41, and a 19-year-old woman. One of those who was shot is in critical condition. The individual mandate, a critical provision of President Barack Obama’s landmark Affordable Care Act, is unconstitutional, a panel on the U.S. 5th Circuit Court of Appeals ruled Wednesday in a case that has pitted a conservative coalition of states led by Texas against a counter-team of blue states led by California.
A three-judge panel on the New Orleans-based appeals court shipped the rest of the law back to a federal district court in Texas, charging the judge there with reassessing how much of the sprawling legislation may stand without the individual mandate provision.
