SHTF Plan – by Mac Slavo

It was just a couple of months ago that President Obama declared a victory in the battle for affordable health care.

“Many of the tall tales that have been told about this law have been debunked.  There are still no death panels.  (Laughter.)  Armageddon has not arrived.  Instead, this law is helping millions of Americans, and in the coming years it will help millions more.”

The zombie apocalypse is nigh! The zombie apocalypse is nigh!

Well, no it isn’t. In fact, it’s probably as likely to occur as the rest of Paul Ehrlich’s predictions.

Ehrlich, a Stanford University biologist famous for his widely debunked book “The Population Bomb,” doubled down on his climate change and overpopulation fear-mongering with HuffPost Live on May 21. Ehrlich warned host Josh Zepps that the dangers of overpopulation are growing, blaming Republicans and the media for failing to take action. While hawking a new book called “Hope On Earth,” Ehrlich’s co-author Michael Tobias praised Ehrlich’s older, outrageously wrong predictions and said they underestimated the problem.   Continue reading “Alarmist Paul Ehrlich Predicts Need to ‘Eat the Bodies of Your Dead’”

“We need to change the laws in Texas,” said Jamie Spencer, who serves as legal counsel for Texas NORML, the National Organization for the Reform of Marijuana Laws. “A sexual assault or manslaughter in Texas carries a maximum of 20 years. He’s looking at obviously, much more than that, potentially.”

Nineteen-year-old Jacob Lavoro is charged with possession of marijuana, a controlled substance called hash oil, plus the manufacture and delivery of brownies and cookies.   Continue reading “Teen could face life after cops find pot brownies”

Aspects of India’s Economy – by Jacob Levich

“You’re trying to find the places where the money will have the most leverage, how you can save the most lives for the dollar, so to speak,” Pelley remarked. “Right. And transform the societies,” Gates replied.¹

In 2009 the self-designated “Good Club” – a gathering of the world’s wealthiest people whose collective net worth then totaled some $125 billion – met behind closed doors in New York City to discuss a coordinated response to threats posed by the global financial crisis. Led by Bill Gates, Warren Buffett, and David Rockefeller, the group resolved to find new ways of addressing sources of discontent in the developing world, in particular “overpopulation” and infectious diseases.² The billionaires in attendance committed to massive spending in areas of interest to themselves, heedless of the priorities of national governments and existing aid organizations.³      Continue reading “The Real Agenda of the Gates Foundation”

The John Warner Defense Authorization Act of 2007 passed easily at the end of September 2006, authorizing the expenditure of $526 billion for fiscal year 2007. Only 23 U.S. representatives voted against the Act, and not a single senator objected during a unanimous voice vote.

One provision of the Act, Section 1076, has created outrage among grassroots activists, based on an article that swept through email and independent media rounds: “Bush Moves Towards Martial Law.” BORDC has compiled some resources to clarify what Section 1076 actually says, and how the Insurrection Act was changed.   Continue reading “Public Law 109-364, the “John Warner Defense Authorization Act of 2007” (H.R.5122)”

ABSTRACT

This paper advances a hypothesis of the end of the third industrial revolution and the beginning of a new transition. Every production phase or civilization or human invention goes through a so- called transformation process. Transitions are social transformation processes that cover at least one generation. In this paper I will use one such transition to demonstrate the position of our present civilization. When we consider the characteristics of the phases of a social transformation we may find ourselves at the end of what might be called the third industrial revolution. The paper describes the four most radical transitions for mankind and the effects for mankind of these transitions: the Neolithic transition, the first industrial revolution, the second industrial revolution and the third industrial revolution.   Continue reading “Current problems associated with the end of the third industrial revolution”

Guards at a US nuclear missile base failed last summer drill, which was meant to test their ability to withstand a hostile takeover, reports AP citing an internal review. US Air Force called it a “critical deficiency.”

In the drill the security team of the 341st Missile Wing at Malmstrom Air Force Base in Montana was required to respond to a simulated capture of a Minuteman 3 nuclear missile silo. The guards had to recapture the seized nuclear weapon in the silo, but failed to do so, the report obtained under a Freedom of Information Act request indicated.   Continue reading “US military failed to recapture seized nuclear weapon in test attack – internal review”
