California on Saturday will begin increasing early release credits for about 76,000 inmates, including tens of thousands who were convicted of violent crimes, as the state continues to reduce its prison population.

The Associated Press reported that of the 76,000 who will be eligible for early release, some 63,000 were convicted of violent crimes. They will now be eligible to obtain good behavior credits that will “shorten their sentences by one-third instead of the one-fifth that had been in place since 2017,” the outlet reported. That number includes 20,000 inmates who were sentenced to life sentences with the possibility of parole. Pentagon officials are canceling construction of Donald Trump’s border wall with funds the ex-president diverted form the military and diverting an unspent $14 billion back to the Department of Justice.

A spokesman said Friday: ‘Border wall construction under the previous administration tied up more than $14 billion in taxpayer funds, shortchanged our military, and diverted attention away from genuine security challenges, like human traffickers. Rushed and haphazard wall construction also resulted in serious life, safety, and environmental issues,’ the official said.  Continue reading “Pentagon will cancel all Trump border wall projects paid for by diverting military funds and return $14 billion to the Department of Defense as migrant crisis spirals”

We’ve called out those in the clergy who have claimed to represent Christ and are urging people to go out and get the COVID injections, so it is only proper that we also give credit to the clergy when credit is due.

A Catholic priest in Wisconsin, James Altman of St. James The Less in La Crosse, has incurred the wrath of the corporate media for daring to defy health regulations, and for warning his congregation about the experimental COVID shots, pleading with them to NOT get them and become “guinea pigs.” Continue reading “Wisconsin Catholic Priest Defies Authorities and Warns His Flock on the Dangers of the COVID Injections”

The Pasco County (FL) Sheriff’s Office decided to bring some of its predictive policing nonsense indoors. It also started looking for smaller targets. The program used to harass residents over things like uncut lawns and missing mailbox numbers was extended to schoolchildren, who were subjected to the same sort of spreadsheet bullshit. Low grades? Miss a few school days? Victim of domestic violence?

According to the Pasco County Sheriff “juvenile intelligence analysts,” these were all risk factors that could signify future criminal behavior. The Sheriff claimed it wasn’t trying to pre-crime children, but its own documentation said “analysts” should use the so-called “predictors” to “identify at-risk youth who are destined to a life of crime.” Continue reading “US Department Of Education Now Investigating Florida Sheriff’s Student ‘Pre-Crime’ Program”
