Economic Collapse – by Michael Snyder

You may have noticed that food prices have started to go up very aggressively.  I repeatedly warned my readers that this is precisely what would happen, and more price increases are on the way.  Fear of COVID-19 has sparked a tremendous amount of extra demand as Americans have feverishly stocked up their pantries, and at the same time the virus has made it very difficult for the major food companies to keep up.  Over the past several months we have seen a large number of food production facilities close down temporarily, food supply chains have been thrown into a state of chaos, and grocery stores have found it increasingly difficult to keep their shelves full.  Many years ago I remember sitting in an Econ 101 class as a very young college student, and one of the things that I learned was that prices are going to rise when supply goes down and demand goes up.  So it was inevitable that grocery store prices would become more painful, and the latest numbers that have been released by the BEA are definitely quite alarming… Continue reading “Food Prices Rise To Dangerous Levels As “A Second Wave Of Layoffs” Hits The U.S. Economy”

Winston-Salem, NC — After the death of Eric Garner in 2014 shook the nation, the phrase “I can’t breathe” has become a chilling symbol for violence doled out at the hands of the state. TFTP has reported on multiple instances in which entirely peaceful and often innocent people have muttered those words just before police officers squeeze the last bit of life from their bodies. George Floyd’s last words also partly consisted of “I can’t breathe.” Since his death, TFTP has reported on a half dozen instances in which victims of police violence have managed to say those words just before they die. Now that the public is starting to wake up to the fact that people leading the COVID response are MASS MURDERERS responsible for millions of deaths due to censoring life-saving information from thousands of doctors who are treating COVID patients with a 100% success rate, it is time to start questioning EVERYTHING they are asking the public to comply with.

Sen. Mike Lee’s latest version of S.286 creates a novel “Green Card Lite” legal status to help Fortune 500 companies import many more Indian graduates into U.S. white collar jobs.

“That’s a game changer from the original bill,” said a tweet from a top ranking immigration lawyer Greg Siskind. It gives people “most of the benefits of a green card,” said Siskind, who is working with hospital chains to expand the pipeline of foreign nurses and doctors into U.S. hospitals.

A cold you got years ago may prove helpful if your body has to fight the new coronavirus.

According to a study published Tuesday, some people who’ve never been exposed to the new coronavirus may nonetheless have T cells that react to it. A crude car bomb discovered in New York’s Times Square this weekend was found to contain gasoline, propane and fertilizer, according to police. Fortunately, the would-be bomber used a type of fertilizer that is not explosive. Experts say that it is actually quite difficult to make a bomb using fertilizer, because of the nature of the chemistry of the explosion.

Ammonium nitrate is the fertilizer compound that can be used in explosives, said John Goodpaster, who researches explosives at Indiana at University-Purdue University Indianapolis. This compound is not found in its pure form in the common fertilizers that are commercially available. And, even in its pure form, ammonium nitrate by itself is not explosive. Contingency plans for handling a surge of migrants at the U.S.-Mexico border have yet to be seen despite President Trump’s warning last month that his administration was “focusing aggressively on the Texas border” due to what he described as “undercounted” hundreds of thousands of coronavirus outbreaks in Mexico and Latin America.

While top Department of Homeland Security officials have warned in recent months that the United States could see another border crisis if hundreds of thousands or millions of people flee poverty stricken and virus-ridden home countries for the U.S., government officials will not share how they are preparing and how they plan to avoid another 2019 crisis when media documented abhorrent conditions at immigration detention facilities nationwide. Now the End Begins – by Geoffrey Grider

Even though early reports coming out of Lebanon are calling this an ‘accident’, the timing of this explosion is highly suspect to say the least. For the past 6 weeks or so, Israel has been relentlessly bombing targets in Iran and Syria, due to an increase in terrorist activity coming from those areas. As recently as just yesterday, the IDF made air strikes on Iranian targets near Damascus.

When you look at the video of the explosion in Beirut, it was multiple explosions actually, it does not appear to be something that was accidental. It looks like a strategic air strike, the only question is why. If it does turn out to be from Israel, this could well lead to a fresh outbreak in hostilities in the Middle East.
