This is an excellent seminar from TED, presented by Anti-corruption activist Charmian Gooch. She is also the co-founder of Global Witness, which highlights the links between environmental exploitation and human rights abuses.
When the son of the president of a desperately poor country starts buying mansions and sportscars on an official monthly salary of $7,000, Charmian Gooch suggests, corruption is probably somewhere in the picture. In a blistering, eye-opening talk (and through several specific examples), she details how global corruption trackers follow the money — to some surprisingly familiar faces.

Nice speech for those unaware of oil and gas company corruption and nation looting, and for as far as it goes.
Charmian would get a loud awakening if she stepped back from all the court documents, started really digging at oil and gas company ownership, and connected the dots between the oil and gas companies, nation looters, banksters, and where all these tax dollars go. But then if she did that, TED would ban her from ever appearing at their venue again.
Amen
