DHS is in the midst of a project where video footage taken of people moving throughout the Toyota Center in Kennewick, Wash., will be combined with mock profiles of volunteers (This is 100% B/S  no one refused). Then various commercial off-the-shelf facial recognition products will be tested to see how accurate they are.

The data being collected consists of video taken during home games of the Tri-City Americans of the Western Hockey League. The Pacific Northwest National Laboratory (PNNL) is handling video collection. WASHINGTON — The C.I.A. is paying AT&T more than $10 million a year to assist with overseas counterterrorism investigations by exploiting the company’s vast database of phone records, which includes Americans’ international calls, according to government officials.

The cooperation is conducted under a voluntary contract, not under subpoenas or court orders compelling the company to participate, according to the officials. The C.I.A. supplies phone numbers of overseas terrorism suspects, and AT&T searches its database and provides records of calls that may help identify foreign associates, the officials said. The company has a huge archive of data on phone calls, both foreign and domestic, that were handled by its network equipment, not just those of its own customers.   Continue reading “C.I.A. WEB Notes: 20% enrichment is not bomb grade. Iran would need to reach 90% enrichment before they would have the required fuel to make a nuclear bomb. Of course they would need to design that bomb in such a fashion that it could be placed on a rocket. Of course they do not have such a rocket that can reliably deliver the payload required. Further, if Israel truly wants Iran to halt their nuclear program than Israel should turn over there existing nuclear weapons. Why is one nation superior over another? The Silk Road is dead. But the dark web dream lives on.

On Wednesday morning, Silk Road 2.0 came online, promising a new and slightly improved version of the anonymous black market for drugs and other contraband that the Department of Justice shut down just over a month before. Like the old Silk Road, which until its closure served as the Web’s most popular bazaar for anonymous narcotics sales, the new site uses the anonymity tool Tor and the cryptocurrency Bitcoin to protect the identity of its users. As of Wednesday morning, it already sported close to 500 drug listings, ranging from marijuana to ecstasy to cocaine. The Pentagon may expand its system of propaganda websites aimed at various audiences around the world despite attempts by Congress to kill the program, Special Operations Command documents released Tuesday show.

Tampa-based SOCOM has opened up a search for potential contractors to run the command’s Trans Regional Web Initiative, a collection of news websites run by various combatant commands throughout the world. Sen. Bob Corker is considering legislation that would block the Obama administration from easing sanctions on Iran, as the U.S. prepares for talks this week with Tehran on its nuclear program.

An aide to Corker, R-Tenn., confirms to Fox News Corker is considering a proposal that would prohibit the White House from loosening sanctions on the Iranian regime unless it made major concessions on its missile and nuclear programs.
