While modified citrus pectin (MCP) cannot treat cancer once it begins, this natural substance that occurs in the pulp of citrus fruits, especially grapefruit, can keep cancer from metastasizing (spreading). MCP is a preventative medicine for cancer, not a curative one, but it has been proven to be very effective.
Modified citrus pectin should not be confused with the pectin that is sometimes used for cooking. MCP is in all citrus, but occurs in higher amounts in grapefruit. The active ingredients of MCP have been shown to suppress angiogenesis, the process by which cancer cells survive by obtaining blood through the blood vessels that each cell grows. The European Union’s highest court ruled on Tuesday that an EU directive requiring telecoms companies to store the communications data of EU citizens for up to two years was invalid.

An LAPD officer was injured after someone opened fire at the department’s West Traffic Division in Mid-City, police said.

The tragic shooting at Fort Hood last week has once again brought into focus the lethal combination of guns and mental illness, sparking renewed debate over how to keep firearms out of the hands of the mentally ill.
Spc, Ivan Lopez, 34, allegedly opened fire, killing three and wounding 16 others before fatally shooting himself at the Fort Hood army installation near Killeen, Texas, on Wednesday. Officials said Lopez was being treated for “behavioral and mental health issues” possibly stemming from a 2011 tour in Iraq. In the new Hollywood blockbuster “Noah”, the Creator of this world is portrayed as an evil homicidal maniac that utterly hates humanity, and the Serpent is portrayed as the one holding the secret that will restore the “divine spark” to humanity. Unfortunately, most Christians (even those that have reviewed this film negatively) have totally missed the Luciferian Gnostic themes that are being openly promoted by this film. I have previously written about how “Noah” turns the fallen angels into good guys that actually help Noah build the Ark, but the occult themes in this movie go much deeper than that. Director Darren Aronofsky has expertly woven elements of Luciferianism, Gnosticism and even from the Kabbalah throughout the film. Over the years, hundreds of millions of people all over the world that watch this movie will be exposed to the Luciferian gospel without even realizing it. Dozens of armed protesters gathered outside a San Antonio police station Sunday to let authorities know they aren’t happy that a man was tased and arrested after openly carrying his rifle while on a walk near his home a week ago, according to KSAT-TV in San Antonio.
Open Carry Texas also was protesting a city ordinance that outlaws carrying loaded weapons within city limits because, members said, state law prohibits municipalities from adopting any such ordinance. An eighth-grade student in New York says she was suspended from school last week after informing classmates that they could opt-out of an upcoming Common Core English test.
According to a complaint filed by 13-year-old Seirra Olivero, the incident began when a teacher at Orange-Ulster BOCES told her to “shut her mouth and keep walking” for telling a fellow student that he did not have to take the controversial test.
