The Daily Caller – by Barbara Baird

And so it begins. Quite possibly, one of the most interesting gun control battles in a long time will be held in the world of Mom-dom. Soccer moms from across this land will put on the shoulder pads of pro- or anti-gun control sides and head out for knock-down, drag-out media wars. The field will get bloodied and believe me, there will not be any Kool-Aid moms in white pants running around in this scenario.   Continue reading “Bring it: ‘NRA Moms’ vs. Bloomberg’s ‘Moms Demand Action’”

Michael Bloomberg, the 15th-richest man in the world, has announced that he is going to spend $50 million on a “grassroots” campaign against the National Rifle Association. In politics, that is a huge amount of money—far more than the amount of money the NRA has been able to spend on politics in the last several years. Other billionaires, including Warren Buffett, have announced that they, too, will support Bloomberg’s campaign.   Continue reading “Michael Bloomberg Will Haunt You In The Afterlife”

Montana is braided with rivers formed as snowmelt from the upper reaches of the Rocky Mountains drains off the Continental Divide.

Fished for thousands of years, these rivers have inspired writers and artists. And sometimes even business owners.

When he was 15, K.C. Walsh spent a summer on one of those rivers, the Bitterroot near Missoula, fishing with his grandfather. “It was just a magical time. In the back of my mind I always thought, how am I going to get back to Montana?” Walsh says.

Militia to be demonized as radicals by media during upcoming BLM protestIntellihub

Media rhetoric has just shifted into second gear and is building steam fast.

In fact, the Las Vegas Sun and others have already reported that Bundy Ranch militiamen and women along with members of the Citizens Action Network headed to Utah in preparation to protest the BLM Saturday.

However, proponents of the BLM say that the protesters are nothing more than Ted Nugent fans and Obama hating gun lovers seeking to wage war with the BLM. Rhetoric from the Denver Post reads, “San Juan County residents who support Saturday’s protest ride identify themselves on their Facebook pages as fans of Bundy and guns-rights rocker Ted Nugent.   Continue reading “Militia to be demonized as radicals by media during upcoming BLM protest”

As Putin warned earlier in the week, they do not see the effectiveness of sanctions; but it seems he had something else in mind. By rolling back informal limits on Chinese investment, Putin has opened the door for significant capital inflows from his new best friend… and China has already agree to increase investment. While Putin is careful to note that the Chinese will not be allowed to invest in gold or diamond mining, or hi-tech projects, Russia hopes to lure cash from the world’s second-biggest economy into industries from housing and infrastructure construction to natural resources. Chinese President Xi Jinping and Russian President Vladimir Putin will meet in Shanghai May 20/21 and Chinese officials have already confirmed bilateral cooperation in the areas of investment and finance has made major progress as local currency settlement in two-way trade increasesForget sanctions, just remove the US from the world trade equation…    Continue reading “Anti-Sanctions? Fracking requires twice or three times as many truck trips per well as older oil and gas extraction techniques. That could be reason for drilling areas in US witnessing a significant spike in traffic fatalities, new analysis suggests.

The Associated Press has studied traffic death figures and US census data in six drilling states, and discovered that increased traffic fatalities is one side-effect of fracking, a controversial drilling technique, which means water, chemicals and sand are injected deep underground to break up rocks to free oil and natural gas there.    Continue reading “Fracking’s unexpected side-effect: Traffic deaths on the rise”

DOSWELL, Va. (AP) — A second body was recovered Saturday from the crash of a hot air balloon carrying three people that drifted into a power line and burst into flames in front of horrified spectators. The bodies were discovered just under a mile apart.

More than 100 searchers were called in to scour the woods and fields of the central Virginia site of the crash for the third victim and any remnants of the balloon or its basket, state police said. None of the victims has been identified by authorities.    Continue reading “Search Continues for 3rd Body in Va. Balloon Crash”

The Obama administration appears to have a terrorist “hands off” list that permits individuals with extremist ties to enter the country, according to internal Department of Homeland Security (DHS) documents obtained by a United States Senator.

It’s unimaginable that any government would do this, but it seems like the Obama administration is constantly breaking new ground. The disturbing details of this secret initiative were made public this week by Iowa Senator Chuck Grassley, who has obtained DHS electronic mail discussing what could be a terrorist “hands off” list. The exchange includes a 2012 email chain between U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) and U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) asking whether to admit an individual with ties to various terrorist groups. The individual had scheduled an upcoming flight into the U.S., according to an announcement issued by the senator.   Continue reading “DHS Emails Reveal U.S. May Have Terrorist “Hands Off” List”

There’s a fifth column in America.

A Trojan Horse within our laws. It’s composed of dual citizens and foreign nationals. Those people that hold loyalty to another country. Surprisingly, many of these dual citizens hold elected offices or are in “security sensitive” positions in America. This is not in the national interest of America.   Continue reading “Traitors in our Government Allegiance to Israel”
