The Center for Competitive Politics has filed a complaint with the Senate Select Committee on Ethics claiming New York Senator Chuck Schumer and other Senate Democrats used the IRS to deny the free speech of political opponents.

Roughly one million low-income Americans will pay a fine under Obamacare, according to the Congressional Budget Office (CBO).

The CBO estimated that four million people would pay the individual mandate penalty for not having health insurance by 2016 as a result of the president’s health care law, according to a report released last week.   Continue reading “Obamacare Penalty to Hit One Million Low-Income Americans”

Activist Post – by Amanda Warren

Greg Luce ticked off Campbell, Iowa cops by circumventing strict regulations on 1st Amendment rights during a demonstration – by wearing a T-shirt. In response to a ticket for it, Luce filed a federal lawsuit. Luce then suddenly found that his name and email had been registered on pornography sites, dating sites, and healthcare.gov.

An investigation found that the offending IP address registering his name came from the town of Campbell, but not from Luce – from the home of police chief Tim Kelemen. During this recording of the investigation, Kelemen boldly lies about it. The investigator reveals the truth, but then proceeds to protect the dishonest police chief by laughing at his derogatory comments, and saying things like “it sounds like this frickin’ guy deserves it” and “it sounds like he’s an a-hole.” Continue reading “Watch as Investigators Protect Police Chief Lying on Film”

A fictional horror creature popularized by Internet memes is now linked to three violent crimes.

A week after two 12-year-old Wisconsin girls allegedly stabbed their friend 19 times to honorSlender Man, more real-life connections to the spooky character are emerging.

Pelosi Was Briefed On – and Covered Up – NSA Spying On Americans

Someone  is luring thousands of children to come on their own to America where women and children will be welcomed with open arms.

The alarming estimated 80,000-strong exodus of children traveling without parents or other relatives,  puts them at risk from “coyote” smugglers who are bringing Central Americans to the U.S. illegally by telling their relatives that children can take advantage of the program and find work in the United States. Cloward-Piven at the borderHuman Events – by John Hayward

Back in the Sixties, Marxists Richard Cloward and Frances Fox Piven came up with a great strategy for overloading and collapsing democratic welfare states, paving the way for socialist tyranny.  Basically, the idea was to hit the system with a tidal wave of demands it couldn’t refuse, and couldn’t possibly fulfill.  The Left would then insist that the moral argument for the system remained intact, so the only way to meet those impossible demands was to scrap every vestige of Constitutional restraint and republican self-government, instituting a totalitarian system that in theory would forcibly restructure society to promote “fairness” and give all those government dependents what they “deserve.”  (In practice, of course, what you actually get is an iron-fisted dictatorship that cooks up reports to make itself look good, or simply tells the unhappy citizens to shut up and obey when things deteriorate to the point that no volume of phony reports can paper over the problems – say, when the glorious worker’s paradise of Venezuela runs out of tap water.)    Continue reading “Cloward-Piven at the Border”

File: Interior Secretary Sally Jewell (AP Photo/Cliff Owen, File)Washington Post – by Reid Wilson

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. — Interior Secretary Sally Jewell on Monday highlighted news reports that said two apparent white supremacists who shot and killed three people in Las Vegas on Sunday may have joined militiamen from around the country at Cliven Bundy’s ranch earlier this year.

Asked by reporters at the Western Governors Association’s annual meeting here about the Interior Department’s approach to Bundy, Jewell said two police officers in Las Vegas were “gunned down by people that news reports say were also at the Bundy ranch.”   Continue reading “Interior Secretary Jewell connects Las Vegas shooting to Bundy ranch”

Mediaite – by Andrew Kirell

As more and more details emerge about the Nevada couple who allegedly killed a pair of Las Vegas police officers before killing themselves on Sunday, it becomes clear that they were active supporters of Cliven Bundy, the controversial rancher who came to a standoff with the federal government earlier this year.

The deceased shooters, identified as Jerad and Amanda Miller, apparently have an extensive background in supporting causes like Bundy, the National Rifle Association, and fringe conspiracy theorist Alex Jones. According to police, the shooters draped a “Don’t tread on me” (Gadsden) flag over the bodies of their victims, and declared their spree as part of a “revolution.” Continue reading “Video Emerges of Vegas Cop Killer Jerad Miller Speaking at Bundy Ranch”

New York Daily News – by NINA GOLGOWSKI and JOE KEMP

The married couple accused of fatally shooting two Las Vegas cops and an innocent bystander before killing themselves left a swastika-stamped manifesto on a slain officer’s body and warned neighbors of their planned attack days before, it was reported Monday.

A neighbor of suspected killer Jerad Miller claims the 31-year-old openly spoke of his plans to carry out a “Columbine” attack against police before police say he and his 22-year-old wife Amanda armed themselves with “hundreds of rounds of ammunition” and killed three people.   Continue reading “Las Vegas cop-killing couple left swastika-stamped manifesto on officer’s body, previously warned of Columbine killing: report”

2nd amendmentThe Daily Sheeple – by Melissa Melton

While people like writer Dean Obeidallah over at The Daily Beast are calling for “political hardball” in regard to gun control, writing, “Anyone else tired of the same old bullshit we see after every gun-shooting spree?” and our congresspeople are busy introducing more anti-gun legislation every chance they get, yet another highly publicized mass shooting just occurred in Las Vegas.   Continue reading “Another Heavily Publicized Random Mass Shooting, More Calls to Rewrite the 2nd Amendment”

Two Police Officers Dead In Failed Effort at RevolutionChristopher Cantwell

The good news is, two cops are dead. The bad news is, the two shooters, and what appears to be an innocent bystander are dead too. Officer Alyn Beck, 42, and Officer Igor Soldo, 32, of the Las Vegas Metro Police were gunned down inside Cici’s Pizza while eating lunch. The shooters, one male, one female, whose names have not to my knowledge been released – reportedly shouted “This is the start of a revolution” before opening fire.

My sympathies go out to the owners, employees, and innocent patrons of the Cici’s Pizza, and the innocent bystander who was shot. That’s about where my sympathies for this particular incident end.   Continue reading “Dead Men Don’t Start Revolutions”
