My boyfriend and I had a minor incident at quicktrip that caused the police to be called. When they arrived my boyfriend ran because he has a suspended license. My dog jumped out of our back window after my boyfriend. I ran after my dog and the police pulled their gun on me and told me to stop or they would shoot. Another witness of the shooting of Michael Brown has been found dead in a dry channel near River Des Peres in Misssouri, local authorities confirmed.

A knife-wielding man who stabbed a student in a Brooklyn synagogue was shot dead by police after he lunged at officers.

Police say they used lethal violence against the suspect after he refused to drop the weapon, AP reports. The US Supreme Court has rejected hearing a BP appeal challenging its own multi-billion dollar settlement over a Gulf of Mexico oil spill four years ago. BP claims there has been fraud in some settlements, plaintiffs praised the court’s decision.

Without comment and with no Justices dissenting, the Supreme Court turned down a plea by BP to reopen its 2012 deal aimed at settling hundreds of millions in claims over the April 2010 oil spill in the Gulf of Mexico. This decision leaves intact a lower court opinion approving the settlement that BP negotiated, signed and asked the Court to approve in 2012. NEW YORK (AP) — A jail guard accused of skipping her rounds and falsifying a logbook to cover it up was charged Monday in connection with the death of a mentally ill inmate in his stifling 101-degree cell.

Under New York’s SAFE Act, the state has now identified 278 licensed gun owners who may lose their guns due to the state deeming them “mentally unstable.”

Governor Andrew Cuomo pushed legislators to pass the SAFE Act in the wake of the Sandy Hook shooting in 2012. Many protested the pretended legislation by burning gun registration forms and one man in particular, Aaron Weiss, an American veteran who served in Iraq, declared, “My rights trump your dead. BERKELEY, Calif. (AP) — Hundreds of people marched through Berkeley for a third night a row, blocking a major highway and stopping a train as activists in this ultra-liberal bastion protested grand jury decisions not to indict white police officers in the deaths of two unarmed black men on the other side of the country.

Protesters blocked traffic on both sides of Interstate 80 in Berkeley, while another group stood and sat on train tracks, temporarily forcing an Amtrak train to stop Monday night. The California Highway Patrol said a large group of demonstrators destroyed highway perimeter fencing, flooded lanes and threw rocks and other objects at officers. (Washington, DC) – Judicial Watch announced today that on September 9, 2014, it received documents from the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) revealing that the Obama administration paid Baptist Children and Family Services (BCFS) $182,129,786 to provide “basic shelter care” to 2,400 “unaccompanied alien children” (UAC) for four months in 2014. The U.S. Military, on an obscure website, has released photos of Marines and Sailors from the 15th Marine Expeditionary Unit (MEU) participating in the ‘Realistic Urban Training’ (RUT) in Los Angeles. These are the photos which the LAPD neglected to tweet over the weekend. Barging into apartments, handling detainees, and “enhancing their combat skills in environments similar to those they may find in future missions.”

The LAPD tweeted a few benign photos of am aircraft landing for the Marine Urban Military Drill over the weekend at Fort Hunter Liggett, Ca.
