On Friday, the Department of Justice sent a letter to the Missoula County Attorney’s Office in Montana, alleging that it has found “substantial evidence” that prosecutors there systematically discriminate against female sexual-assault victims. Uncle Ben’s rice has been a staple in many American households for years, but now their ‘fortified’ rice variety has been proven to be full of toxic constituents that cause headaches, nausea, and skin rashes, among other undesirable symptoms. The FDA is issuing a recall, just days after the product was reported to be loaded with heavy metals. Uncle Ben isn’t so family friendly, it turns out.

SUNBURY, Pa. (AP) — A Pennsylvania woman charged along with her newlywed husband in the murder of a man they met through Craigslist admitted to the slaying in a jailhouse interview with a newspaper and said she has killed more than 20 others across the country, claims police said they are investigating.

In an interview with the Daily Item in Sunbury, Pa., 19-year-old Miranda Barbour said she wants to plead guilty to killing Troy LeFerrara in November. And  so it began, the Mason Jar!

It had a threaded neck and a screw on lid, as hot liquids cooled, a seal was formed first time ever!

I want to talk about the United Nations Small Arms Treaty. I have written a couple of articles about it before, but in light of some recent developments, like the European Union calling for the ratification of the treaty among European Union states, it may be time to discuss it again. Also, let’s not forget the UN just issued resolution 2117, which calls for member states to collect civilian arms and destroy them.
