A U.S. federal judge on Friday ordered the government to swiftly release immigrant children held at detention centers, affirming a July ruling that said some minors who crossed the border illegally were being detained in violation of a long-standing settlement.

The ruling by U.S. District Judge Dolly Gee in Los Angeles gave the administration of President Barack Obama until Oct. 23 to comply with her order to release hundreds of unauthorized immigrant children, and in some cases their mothers, “without unnecessary delay.”   Continue reading “Judge rules U.S. government must swiftly release immigrant children in detention”

Haaretz columnist, Chemi Shalev, complains that Jewish organizations have not been up in arms about Donald Trump’s proposed immigration policy. The reason Jewish organizations must act is because over 90 years ago the US passed an immigration restriction bill that shut off the flow of Eastern European Jews to America.

The basic logic here is that the 1924 Immigration Restriction Act was the Original Sin of White America. The attempt on the part of Americans to fashion their immigration policy to retain an ethnic status quo as of 1890 was so horrifically evil that Jewish organizations have a duty to once again bring all the pressure they can muster to allow in every last immigrant who wants to come to America. Needless to say, Israel’s immigration policy — clearly engineered to retain Jewish ethnic dominance — is not at issue for Shalev.   Continue reading “Chemi Shalev: American Jews must oppose Trump’s immigration policy”

As I have said, I am not in any way an enemy of Alex Jones.

He has caused a lot of people to distrust the media, the government, banks and the great powers that are leading America, The West and the World to catastrophe. He is right in opposing the Global elite, but I believe we cannot defeat this elite if we don’t identify exactly who this elite is.   Continue reading “Official Statement On The Duke-Jones Debate”

A suburban Detroit official is trying to extinguish the use of personal flamethrowers, which are being sold online by two Midwest companies, in his city.

The companies, located in the Detroit area and Cleveland, claim their devices can be used for recreation or to control weeds and insect hives, clear snow and ice, clear brush and start a bonfire.   Continue reading “Detroit-area mayor seeks citywide ban on personal flamethrowers due to safety concerns”

Los Angeles, CA — Nestle has found itself more and more frequently in the glare of the California drought-shame spotlight than it would arguably care to be — though not frequently enough, apparently, for the megacorporation to have spontaneously sprouted a conscience.

Drought-shaming worked sufficiently enough for Starbucks to stop bottling water in the now-arid state entirely, uprooting its operations all the way to Pennsylvania. But Nestle simply shrugged off public outrage and then upped the ante by increasing its draw from natural springs — most notoriously in the San Bernardino National Forest — with an absurdly expired permit.   Continue reading “Nestle Pays Only $524 to Extract 27,000,000 Gallons of California Drinking Water”

Back on July 18, Christopher Bartley (a police lieutenant for the National Institutes of Standards and Technology), tried to refill a butane lighter.

Or he tried to cook a batch of meth.

Either way, the result was the same: he accidentally blew the windows out of a highly secured government research facility.   Continue reading “Cop Tries To Cook Meth At Government Science Lab, Blows Up Building”

A North Carolina judge declared a mistrial on Friday when a jury deadlocked in the trial of a police officer charged in the death of an unarmed man.

Randall Kerrick, 29, faced a charge of voluntary manslaughter in the September 2013 death of Jonathan Ferrell, 24, a former Florida A&M football player who had wrecked his car on a dark road and was seeking help when he encountered officers. Ferrell ran and Kerrick opened fire at point-blank range and killed him.   Continue reading “Mistrial for North Carolina policeman who shot unarmed man”

Hastings School District in Nebraska recently caught the attention of the ACLU by forcing teachers to sign a pledge promising to propagandize children with nationalistic propaganda.

The pledge demanded that teachers mold students to have “love and devotion” for the U.S. government, giving a glimpse into the true motive of government education.

The issue was quickly noticed by the ACLU, which deemed the policy unconstitutional and demanded the school district stop forcing the teachers to make such a promise.   Continue reading “Nebraska Teachers Sign Pledge Promising To Propagandize Students”

As Natural News readers are well aware, Americans who dare to oppose mandatory vaccination for any reason, including that they don’t believe that all vaccines are safe, are often ridiculed, marginalized and minimized by Big Pharma vaccine pushers and the mainstream medical community. One of the things that they most often insist on is that “vaccines are safe” and that there is no reason to fear being vaccinated.

And yet, when vaccine injuries occur – which is often enough that the federal government maintains a vaccine injury fund – they are brushed under the rug by the mainstream media as “rare” and “unusual,” if such incidents are covered at all.   Continue reading “Man paralyzed by vaccine tells story of Senator Pan’s corruption; former Merck salesman reveals his kids are unvaccinated”

Barack Hussein Obama’s anti-gun Surgeon General Vivek Murthy has made a number of comments to demonstrate his hatred for the US Constitution and the Second Amendment. Among those comments, following his confirmation, was one in which he called gun violence a “public health issue.” Now, he’s affirming his feminist, emotional appeal to violating the rights of gun owners.

On Saturday, Murthy told the Asian American Journalists Association convention in the mentally ill and sodomite controlled San Francisco that he continues to promote moves toward gun confiscation. Gun control, after all, is nothing more than a continued effort to full gun confiscation.   Continue reading “Obama’s Surgeon General Opens His Mouth Again On His Anti-Gun Statements”

Bad horsie!

An equine member of the NYPD Mounted Unit took a bite out of a Swedish woman’s finger — all because she committed the crime of trying to pet him, according to a lawsuit filed in Manhattan Supreme Court.

Pernilla Ekberg, 28, was having fun with her friends in iconic Lower East Side bar Max Fish last November when they spotted the officer and animal on Orchard St., the lawsuit said.   Continue reading “Swedish woman files lawsuit after NYPD horse bit off tip of finger”

A group of unarmed US Marines on board a high-speed train between Amsterdam and Paris foiled a terrorist attack after a gunman opened fire with an assault rifle, wounding three people.

The 26-year-old Moroccan national, who was known to security services, came out of the toilet brandishing the gun and opened fire. Fortunately, two US Marines were nearby and overpowered him before he could massacre passengers.   Continue reading “U.S. Marines ‘take down’ armed gunman on board a high-speed train between Amsterdam and Paris”

Genetic changes stemming from the trauma suffered by Holocaust survivors are capable of being passed on to their children, the clearest sign yet that one person’s life experience can affect subsequent generations.

The conclusion from a research team at New York’s Mount Sinai hospital led by Rachel Yehuda stems from the genetic study of 32 Jewish men and women who had either been interned in a Nazi concentration camp, witnessed or experienced torture or who had had to hide during the second world war.   Continue reading “MEGA PUKE FACTOR 9 BEX ALERT: Study of Holocaust survivors finds trauma passed on to children’s genes”

Randy Weaver lived with his wife and four children in an isolated cabin on Ruby Ridge in the Idaho mountains, 40 miles south of the Canadian border. Mr. Weaver did not favor violence against any other race, but believed that the races should live separately. Because of his extreme beliefs, he was targeted for a sting operation.

In 1989, an undercover agent of the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms approached Mr. Weaver and pressured the mountain man to sell him sawed-off shotguns. Mr. Weaver at first refused, but the agent was persistent and Mr. Weaver eventually sold him two shotguns — thereby violating federal firearms law. A court official sent Mr. Weaver a notice to appear in court on the wrong day; after Mr. Weaver did not show up on the correct date, a Justice Department attorney (who knew of the error) got a warrant for his arrest. Federal agents then launched an elaborate 18-month surveillance of Mr. Weaver’s cabin and land.   Continue reading “Flashback on Tyranny: Murder at Ruby Ridge”

Libertarians see big government as an obstruction to a free-market economy.

Some Libertarians believe the FDA is unnecessarily restraining commerce by driving up the cost of drugs and slow-tracking the approval of new drugs.

This is not how the game works. The FDA has clients, and those clients are the drug companies. On the whole, the FDA speeds up its drug approvals and thereby unleashes a torrent of toxic compounds on the public, killing, at a conservative estimate, 100,000 Americans every year, or a million Americans per decade.   Continue reading “A message to Libertarians about the FDA”

Americans are notorious for our litigiousness. One of the many curiosities of the Sandy Hook Elementary School shootings of December 14, 2012, is that, unlike other school shootings, the families of the alleged victims of alleged killer Adam Lanza had not filed lawsuits. (See my post of March 29, 2014, “Why are there no Sandy Hook lawsuits?”)

Two long years after the alleged massacre, however, some of them finally sued, although each victim family had already received MILLIONS of dollars in donations from individual Facebook sites, organized Sandy Hook charities like United Way, and the $11.6 million Sandy Hook School Support Fund. Some of those Facebook and charity sites, curiously, had been created before the alleged massacre, that is, before the alleged victims actually became victims. See:   Continue reading “Sandy Hook families each gets $94k to settle lawsuits against Lanza estate”
