New York City has agreed to pay $280,000 to settle a lawsuit filed by NYPD whistleblower Craig Matthews, who says he faced retaliation after he complained about the police department’s use of an illegal quota system.

“This settlement completely vindicates Officer Matthews, who had the courage to speak out about illegal police quotas and suffered serious retaliation for having done so,” Christopher Dunn, associate legal director at the New York Civil Liberties Union and Matthews’ representative in court, said in a statement Monday.     Continue reading “NYC To Pay $280,000 Over Cop Who Exposed City’s Quota System”

By definition, a republic is a representative form of government that is ruled according to a charter, or constitution, and a democracy is a government that is ruled according to the will of the majority. Although these forms of government are often confused, they are quite different. The main difference between a republic and a democracy is the charter or constitution that limits power in a republic, often to protect the individual’s rights against the desires of the majority. In a true democracy, the majority rules in all cases, regardless of any consequences for individuals or for those who are not in the majority on an issue.   Continue reading “What is the Difference Between a Republic and a Democracy?”

What has become of us as a society? Are we so hyper-sensitive that the slightest provocation even when done tongue-in-cheek is worthy of a freak out session? Seriously, when did we cross the line from worrying about big picture issues to getting our panties in a wad over harmless actions?

Erick Erickson (who is the Editor-In-Chief of RedState but had zero to say about this post being written) took a copy of last Saturday’s New York Times to a gun range and used the hyperbolic front page editorial about the mythical “gun epidemic” as a target. He then posted photos.   Continue reading “To Those Wetting Their Beds Over Erick Erickson’s Shooting Holes In The NY Times: Grow Up”

How come the really bad guys never get assassinated? In the past this question would not have the same relevance, but since the New World Order engulfed the planet, individual crowned heads have been relegated to ceremonial functions. For Americans the triple play of JFK, MLK and RFK, 1963 -1968 years proved to be a watershed. A compelling argument that the NWO put into motion the final stage of their master plan, after these shootings, add additional credence.   Continue reading “Political Assassination – Terror or Plots”

We are living at a point in human history when the willful blindness of global populations is truly beyond comprehension. The open blatant  tyranny of governments around the globe has been (for the most part) ignored by the masses. Many have convinced themselves that if they continue to ignore reality long enough, dire threats will somehow magically go away on their own. The folly of such thinking is manifesting by the day. A cancerous cabal of unimaginable scale is pushing the planet (and all life on it) past the point of no return, completely complacent populations are facilitating this omnicide. We must all utilize every credible informational tool at our disposal to help wake the sleeping masses to our common plight, the 4 minute video below is of help in this regard.

Now that we know cold weather, snow, blizzards, expanding sea ice, war in Syria, the resurgence of the Taliban, the reappearance of Brian Williams, the escalation of anti-Islam rhetoric, the popularity of TMZ, and the attacks on Hillary Clinton are all the result of global warming, how long can it be before gun violence in America is linked to tree-ring data from the Middle Ages?

To forestall this last conclusion, I offer, as a public service, a sketch of what a real campaign against gun violence might look like. I’m not just talking about homicides, but criminal wounding and maiming as well.   Continue reading “What would a real campaign against gun violence look like?”

Article 3, Section 3 of the United States Constitution states:

“Treason against the United States, shall consist only in levying War against them, or in adhering to their Enemies, giving them Aid and Comfort.”

I’ve written many articles in the past several years detailing the reasons why Barack Obama is guilty of treason. His failure to secure our borders and allow millions of illegals, which include violent felons and potential terrorists, to remain in America is a treasonable offense. When Obama illegally bypasses Congress to give millions of dollars in cash and weapons to a terrorist organization that has vowed to destroy America is a treasonable offense. Obama released billions of dollars to Iran before Congress could vote to approve the Iran Nuclear deal, knowing that millions of dollars could go to Iran’s nuclear weapons program or help finance terrorist organizations.   Continue reading “US Constitution Says Majority of Washington Politicians Guilty of Treason”

Bolivia — After the U.S. Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) was kicked out of Bolivia, the country was able to drastically reduce the amount of coca (cocaine) produced within its borders. According to data released by the United Nations, cocaine production in the country declined by 11% in the past year, marking the fourth year in a row of steady decrease.

It was just seven years ago that the DEA left Bolivia — and only three years after that, progress was finally made. The strategy employed by the Bolivian government may be a surprise to many prohibitionists because it did not involve any strong-arm police state tactics. Instead, they worked to find alternative crops for farmers to grow that would actually make them more money.   Continue reading “Cocaine Production Plummets After DEA Kicked Out Of Bolivia”

The case of Friedman v. City of Highland Park has been listed in recent months for consideration by the nine Supreme Court Justices in private conference. It takes a minimum for four Justices to agree to hear an appeal before the full Court during its current term.

Without announcing the vote count in private conference today, the Supreme Court declined to accept the appeal from Dr. Arie Friedman and the Illinois State Rifle Association. They believed the suburban Illinois city violated their Second Amendment rights when it passed the ownership ban on various semi-automatic weapons, as well as a ban on ammunition clips that hold more than 10 rounds of ammunition.   Continue reading “Supreme Court denies assault weapons ban challenge”

REDLANDS, Calif. (INTELLIHUB) — Would the FBI have planted evidence in the alleged mass shooters home to create a certain political outcome?
