The Truth About Law – by Legalman

I was originally going to explain why everyone is afraid to even discuss the import of the peoples’ right to bear arms. But it is now clear that I first need to address how “we the people” got tricked into discussing “military use” and all of its attendant nonsense, when it comes to the PEOPLES’ RIGHTS and the 2nd amendment.

I  showed you in my last post how the correct analysis in this whole 223 ammo matter never gets to the “minutia” of the second amendment BECAUSE there is NOTHING IN THE CONSTITUTION THAT GRANTS THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT ANY AUTHORITY TO REGULATE WHAT ARM’S THE PEOPLE CAN “BEAR”.  If you haven’t read my piece on that then GO READ IT because I will be assuming you already understand this CRITICAL point.   Continue reading “There is no 2nd amendment “military application test” to ban 223 ammo, the Court just made it up.”

obamacare2The Daily Sheeple – by Joshua Krause

Now that April 15th is on the horizon, many taxpayers are bracing themselves for the inevitable penalty that will hit them if they don’t sign up for Obamacare. It’s estimated that at least 3 million households may have to pony up 1% of their income, or $95 per adult, if they don’t have insurance; a number which is poised to expand to 2.5% for the 2016 tax year.

However, for all its bluster and intimidating language, the Affordable Care Act might not have any teeth. Recently, a tax expert writing for Forbes noticed that Obamacare, while far-reaching and burdensome in terms of what it demands from the American people, offers little to no repercussion for anyone who would be tempted to avoid it.   Continue reading “The Punishment for Ignoring Obamacare Penalty Might Surprise You”

We previously reported that Americans are 9 times more likely to be killed by a police officer than aterrorist.

But it turns out that our numbers were incorrect …

This isn’t surprising, given that:

Reliable estimates of the number of justifiable homicides committed by police officers in the United States do not exist.” A study of killings by police from 1999 to 2002 in the Central Florida region found that the national databases included (in Florida) only one-fourth of the number of persons killed by police as reported in the local news media.   Continue reading “You’re 55 Times More Likely to be Killed by a Police Officer than a Terrorist”

Two auxiliary police officers robbed a food deliveryman inside an East Harlem apartment building last week, handcuffing him as they stole his cash, wallet and iPhone, police say.

The 48-year-old deliveryman was bringing food to an apartment inside a building on East 102nd Street after midnight last Wednesday, Feb. 25 when he was met by two men who showed police shields and accompanied him into the elevator and to the 14th floor, according to the NYPD.

When the delivery worker went to the listed apartment, the resident said they never ordered any food, police said. The worker walked back to the elevator where the two men were waiting, and assaulted.    Continue reading “NYPD Auxiliary Officers Handcuff, Rob Food Deliveryman: Police”

The Chengdu J-20 is China’s fifth-generation fighter, its response to the US F-35 and the Russian T-50. The J-20 is a stealth aircraft that is currently in its fourth round of prototypes.

The J-20 bears striking resemblance to the F-35 and the F-22, likely due to data theft and Chinese imitation of the skeletons of both planes. China may have the design specifications needed to give the J-20 stealth capabilities that are on par with the F-35.

Although the plane is estimated to have a striking range of 1,000 nautical miles, the aircraft itself is still reliant upon Russian engines and in a relatively early stage of its development.   Continue reading “These Chinese Military Advancements Are Shifting The Balance Of Power In Asia”

At a news conference Monday, New York Police Department commissioner Bill Bratton blamed a slight uptick in violence in the city (45 homicides at this point last year, versus 54 this year) on marijuana.“The seemingly innocent drug that’s been legalized around the country. In this city, people are killing each other over marijuana more so than anything that we had to deal with [in the] 80s and 90s with heroin and cocaine . . . In some instances, it’s a causal factor. But it’s an influence in almost everything that we do here.” Continue reading “NYPD commissioner blames legal marijuana in Colorado for increase in New York shootings”

The following announcement appeared on CNBC.com via Globe Newswire. It is extremely well cited and it shatters the lies and propaganda of the vaccine industry — an industry that’s losing the P.R. on every front due to their verbal abuse of vaccine-damaged children, strong-arm intimidation tactics and attempted government coercion to demand vaccine obedience.   Continue reading “Recently vaccinated children a threat to public health: Evidence shows they can SPREAD disease and CAUSE outbreaks”

Chinese World CurrencyThe Economic Collapse Blog – by Michael Snyder

The Chinese do not plan to live in a world dominated by the U.S. dollar for much longer.  Chinese leaders have been calling for the U.S. dollar to be replaced as the primary global reserve currency for a long time, but up until now they have never been very specific about what they would put in place of it.  Many have assumed that the Chinese simply wanted some new international currency to be created.  But what if that is not what the Chinese had in mind?  What if they have always wanted their own currency to become the single most dominant currency on the entire planet?  What you are about to see is rather startling, but it shouldn’t be a surprise.  When it comes to economics and finance, the Chinese have always been playing chess while the western world has been playing checkers.  Sadly, we have gotten to the point where checkmate is on the horizon.   Continue reading “China Has Announced Plans For A ‘World Currency’”

The unrelenting parade of winter storms continued Wednesday as a swath of snow, sleet, ice and rain was set to fall from Texas to the Northeast, a distance of about 1,500 miles.

Close to 100 million people will be affected by the storm, according to AccuWeather meteorologist Alex Sosnowski.

Snow should be mainly light in Texas, Oklahoma and Kansas but should fall heavily at times from the middle part of the Mississippi Valley to the Ohio Valley, central Appalachians and Mid-Atlantic.   Continue reading “March mess: Storm to dump snow from Texas to Northeast”

The petition up on WhiteHouse.gov against mandatory vaccinations — the one the White House tried to bury — has, at the time of writing this, reached well over the 100,000 signatures needed by March 6th in order to supposedly garner a response from our president’s administration.

The petition is short, sweet, and to the point:

No human being should be FORCED to be vaccinated against their will and/or personal/religious beliefs. I petition against making vaccinations of any kind mandatory. This includes forcing children to be vaccinated to attend public schools, activities, and daycare centers. This also includes adults working in the public or private sector.   Continue reading “White House Petition Against Mandatory Vaccination Reaches 100,000 Signature Threshold — Will Obama Respond?”

A week after the Federal Communications Commission passed a landmark vote enshrining protections for net neutrality and mobile broadband, Republicans and cable industry giants are reiterating their vows to fight the ruling—but new comments by FCC chief Tom Wheeler indicate that the commission is ready to take them on.

Rep. Greg Walden (R-Ore.), who heads the House Communications and Technology Subcommittee, on Wednesday said during an industry summit hosted by the American Cable Association that the FCC’s new rules are “a total overreach,” calling them “illogical and illegal.”   Continue reading “In Net Neutrality Fight, Both Sides Gear Up for Long Haul”

After about 25 Patriots engaged the Curry County Board of Commissioners, in a sometimes contentious discussion, the 2nd Amendment Preservation Resolution was passed 3-0 making Curry County the 19th of 36 counties to have passed similar motions.

Chair Susan Brown was obviously not in favor of the Resolution and irrationally argued that because she had sworn an oath to the WHOLE Constitution, she didn’t need to support any single Amendment.  Huh ????  (Must be some kind of Naturalized Canadian/American Logic.)  She had from the beginning of this effort kept insisting on knowing what legislation this was aimed at and would not accept that it was a preemptive Resolution intended to put the State Legislature on notice that the County would not support ANY current or future State efforts, restricting our rights, especially the 2nd Amendment via anti-firearms legislation.   Continue reading “Big Win for 2nd Amendment Patriots in Curry County”
