[Epoch Times August 14, 2021](Epoch Times reporter Li Yan comprehensive report) According to Brown University’s “Costs of War” estimates earlier this year, from 2001 to 2021 In April 2008, American taxpayers had spent approximately $2.261 trillion on the war in Afghanistan.

The 2,500 American soldiers stationed in Afghanistan began to withdraw from May 1. Biden called for an end to this “unending war” in Afghanistan. He said that a rapid withdrawal of troops is necessary. An Ohio judge has ordered a man to get vaccinated against COVID-19 — or face jail time.

Judge Christopher Wagner told Brandon Rutherford, 21, at a sentencing hearing in a Hamilton County court Wednesday that he must get vaccinated within 60 days as a condition of his probation for possession of fentanyl, news station WCPO reported. This is not just scientific madness, it appears to be very intentional and purposeful.

The Moderna and Pfizer vaccine tests were conducted, as customary, with a control group; a group within the trial who were given a placebo and not the test vaccine.  However, during the trial -and after the untested vaccines were given emergency use authorization- the vaccine companies conducting the trial decided to break protocol and notify the control group they were not vaccinated.  Almost all the control group were then given the vaccine. Chief White House medical adviser Anthony Fauci on Sunday called on vaccine-hesitant individuals to “put aside” their concerns about personal liberty and recognize the “common enemy” of the COVID-19 pandemic.

“You have to get the overwhelming proportion of people vaccinated, but you also have to do mitigation, and that gets to the controversial issue of mask wearing, and the mandating of things. A man was stabbed and a radio reporter was attacked on Saturday when a massive brawl erupted outside Los Angeles City Hall between suspected Antifa activists and protesters decrying vaccine mandates.

At about 2pm, a group of people holding American flags and signs calling for ‘medical freedom’ arrived at City Hall for the rally, the Los Angeles Police Department and local media said. Last week, Samuel Moyn, who serves as a professor of both history and jurisprudence at Yale University, argued for a constitutional amendment that would impose international law on American citizens.

Writing for The New York Times, Moyn made his claim in a piece that features  a series of essays advocating for hypothetical amendments to the United States Constitution.
