Xstrav and Tino Brown at the ABC Liquor store located in Fayeteville North Carolina waiting for Money Mal to come so that they could purchase some liquor. Suddenly an undercover cop approaches the both of them and demands to see what Xstrav is drinking.X shows him that its an Arizona Half And Half Ice Tea, the undercover demands that he hands it over so that he can read the ingredients.Once Xstrav denies handing over his can the cop tells him to leave the property for trespassing.
Out of nowhere an actual drunken stranger walks up starts giving shout outs and smelling like liquor…OBVIOUSLY drunk and he is just ignored and walks away without incident. Then the cop tells X to put his hands behind his back so X gets arrested for trespassing.
This is just a classic case of a cop taking advantage of his power and arresting a another black man for not doing things the way HE wanted him to do them. X was asked to show him what is in the can…After showing the cop that it was an Arizona Tea, that should’ve been it but because he didn’t put it in the cops hand, the cop was upset and decided to put any charge on him….Share and thanks for watching.
I hope the ‘caged gerbil shooter’ (since he probably couldn’t handle a loose one), I mean ‘cop’ gets sued big time. I mean, come on! As far as I’m concerned that so called lawbreaking leo poor excuse of a human being should be the one charged with assault, and thrown in jail.
Exactly! It is Not trespassing on a property that is open to the public. The cop clearly assaulted this man.
I haven’t read the law regarding open containers but, I and many countless others, assume it means an alcoholic beverage. I would hate to think that it’s up to the LEO to determine what it means cause that means that every one of us who is strolling down the avenue or commuting to work with a coffee, is guilty under this law. In this case, the LEO should have just left and said sorry, I didn’t see it was a tea, and left it at that.
Yes John W. but I can bet that that part of town was a high crime/drug use district and that cop was just looking/itchin` for a excuse to arrest someone and frisk someone with the hopes of finding some illegal contraband – drugs or perhaps a concealed /stolen weapon or something else. That or else it was just a real cheap shot way to make his dirty low life job to meet his quota for the day. It had to be one or the other to be arresting someone for something so petty as that if that was even a crime in Fayeteville, NC.
Yeah, you’re probably right. I don’t put nothing past these guys.
Well….you need to investigate steroid abuse in the “Law Enforcement”industry. They have been subjected to the same feminizing agents in the packaging our alleged food comes in.Bisphenol A and Phtlates etc.
See how much estrogen is in the food supply here:
http://www.sprword.com/videos/bisphenola/
When Bob Dole started pushing Viagra was the onset of this chemical attack on males when the American population was being beseiged with feminizing agents.
Bob Dole was aware of this and instead of stopping the feminization of males,he chose to make money on Viagra sales…
Many police are afraid to confront the crime created by the elite lawbreakers who have stolen the jobs, bankrupted the country etc.
So these “Police”take steroids to try and get their masculinity back with chemicals.Police departments turn a blind eye to steroid use,and the people who loot from the top love the results of the eratic behaviour that steroids cause. We should all have pity on the feminized men trying to be police and require urine tests to see if they are on illegal steroids.
Very high crime area…and its the outskirts of Army Base FT. Bragg.
Those local cops have always been Commies
Well now then, I guess that that explains it then oldvet. I kind of figured something like that Thanks for that info. 🙂
I remember when folks use to be able to order a cocktail and walk out
the door with the drink. Perfectly legal and considered the norm.
Heck Leita, they have drive up pharmacies and I have heard that in TX. that there is a such a thing as a drive up liquer store – talk about promoting alchoholism and drug abuse. funny but not funny 🙂
I think there is even drive-up flu shot dispensers.
I think I’ll just live in the past. Screw these progressives.
Damn right Leita. Yep Leita, I prefer to live in the past too kiddo. A simple hard working life is a honest life and a honest life is a good life. 🙂
This dumb ass undercover cop needs a mental evaluation. He obviously does not have a grip on what constitutes a crime and what does not. At the very least he should lose his job. He is costing the police department money because there is no crime that has been committed. He can say trespassing all day long but this man was not the only one in the parking lot. They need to go find someone who is really committing a crime. Justice would be for this officer to lose his job.
I must have missed seeing that under cover cop flash his badge. Tell ya what, someone like that cop suffering from small penis syndrome tries to pull a stunt like that with me, it will only be the beginning of his well earned nightmare. That’s the trouble with our Militarized Police and it’s only going to get worse. A few years ago there was a State Patrol in my territory who was so abusive that she (yes the officer was a woman) was found one day handcuffed to her patrol car on a busy 4 lane highway. She was unharmed but slightly embarrassed because the fed up citizen dropped her pants to her ankles before wishing her a “good day”. I’m certain the perpetrator was caught and punished severely. An abusive game warden had a perch inserted into his rectum requiring surgical removal. I knew the warden as I had been graced by him making sure I was “safe” on more than one occasion.
Now, I don’t recommend eating perch that way but it couldn’t have happened to a nicer guy!
Yep Millard, I know who that T.J. Edwards game warden is too. I also had my run ins with that dirty pig. He got transfered because of too many complaints and death threats against him didn`t he. I am suprised that TJ hasn`t been lost under thin ice if ya know what I`m sayin`.
NutZ!
There is no way I would have believed the (Cop in vid) was a cop, even if I see someone in a cop uniform I question it.
Since the cop was *Undercover* I’d bet he was w/narco, he didn’t recognize the guy and wanted (more information on him) to know who he and his friends were. Book’em get all his info and then dig for info on all of his known friends and aquaintance so they can start either watching them, setting them up or busting them later on. You could tell the cop wanted to get something on him Like Digger posted above.
(I hope this doesn’t post twice, 1st time tried posting got internal error 500?)
Here goes again 🙂

I checked the page and comments to see if it went through, it didn’t show up so tried again………Sorry
No excuses. the cop obviously thought he was a thug and wanted to show his authority. just as the camera man said, “the cop was angry because the guy with the can of tea didn’t hand over his drink” That cop and all like him shouldn’t be tolerated. Taking someone to court for no reason, costing thousands of dollars in legal fee’s if not paid by the plaintiff, paid by the tax payers has got to stop. I’m sure the guys case was dismissed but that’s not enough. the system should be held liable for the corrupt, incompetent, racist offices they hire and train. In the past we could do nothing but now that video is so easy accessible, things will slowly start to change.. but it does take time. What an embarrassment that man must be to his family, and the police force he represents.
