  1. Cannot we begin to utilize our local federal grand juries to subpoena these elected traitors to answer whether they haven’t broken their oath to obey and protect the Constitution? It certainly is a crime against the Constitution of every state, and their people.

Where are our constitutional lawyers? It is not too far a reach to label these oath breakers as ‘suspects’ of terror on the citizens of America.

It would only take a state or two to create a precedent that would get the attention of the federal aristocracy that they work for us!

Wake up and fight fire with fire!

    1. You have to realize the courts, at every level, were the first thing the corporations took over and the lawyers are the ones who performed this act for them.
Many of us tried to fight this takeover twenty years back, but as the majority of the American people were either asleep or had their heads buried in the sand in fright, they actually affirmed the takeover by refusing to defend our Constitution as jurists.
The fact is too many people have loved this unconstitutional government and sucked up to it, seeing the power being institutionalized therein as their own, which they thought they were exercising over those who would not conform.
The middle class has become a victim of the elitist authority they helped create. I guess what they didn’t realize is that they are not the elite. The elite are in fact those whose butts they had their lips attached to while shitting on our Constitution in an effort to please those they wished to emulate and be. Bad as it is, it is just deserts.
Now these wannabe elitists are going to have to pick up a gun and fight for the reinstitution of that which they could have maintained simply by being informed and courageous jurors.
