So, how do you compress the air into the high-pressure tank? Gas, diesel or electric compressor. The electricity is generated by nuclear or fossil fuel, possibly hydroelectric from a dam.
Google “Japanese car runs on water” and watch the Reuters news package if you want to see real gas-free auto technology. The electrons in water charge a battery. Check the date. It was announced shortly before Fukashima.
Does this system use less fuel per mile than a small car? I doubt it.
