HOUSTON, Texas (INTELLIHUB) — It looks like the Federal Emergency Management Agency may have converted a building which housed an old Walmart store into a base and storage facility.
A video published to the “joe mendoza” YouTube channel on Sept. 19 reveals how the federal facility which took about ‘two years’ to set up is now active and FEMA busses, trailers, and other equipment can be seen on site along with personnel.
The facility is equipped with a surveillance system, lights, restrooms, showers, and other features that were previously incorporated into the original design of the Walmart store itself.
A security guard was spotted on site.
“It used to be a Walmart,” the man said. ‘”All the Walmarts” are going to be like this.’
FEMA barges have also been seen in Port Arthur.

Why was this quote not actually captured on camera?
Why would a lowly security guard know that all Walmarts will be like this?
I don’t put any of this past their plans, just would have been great evidence to have on camera.
The narrator sure has a heavy Mexican accent for being born here?
Wal-Mart made a deal with the government to strategically use closed Wal-Mart’s. Can’t prove it, but is obvious. I have a gut feeling that this was planned long ago, even the way they were designed.
FEMA needs some practice on the transition of WM’s to FEMA camps anyway.. :/

Walmart distribution centers are a fema camp waiting to happen. They’re built like one, look like one and can turn into one in five minutes.
The super centers ( actual stores) are a government cover for easy infiltration when needed. In the meantime the sheeple will shop.

Prison barges..like nyc bought about 15 years ago and never used…it might be possible one of them is the one nyc bought but never used..public backlash..i do not forgive or forget..the fema walmarts..its true..and the fema coffins..true..
