Having an Oxford Ph.D. is no guarantee against having paranoid delusions, panic attacks, and/or fibromyalgia.
There IS such a thing as a microwave weapon: Raytheon’s Active Denial System, or “pain beam.” But it’s a big, clumsy, truck-mounted contraption intended for crowd control, and its effects aren’t like this woman describes.
Besides, why would they single her out for abuse? In doing so, they’d risk their secret weaponry becoming public knowledge. What would be the payoff for them?
I remain highly skeptical. If the spooks want to ruin someone’s life, there are FAR easier approaches they can take.
