A Virginia nurse practitioner with a history of LGBTQ activism has pleaded guilty to federal child sex crime charges. Lucas Allen Fussell, 42, of Onley, distributed and possessed child pornographic videos and images depicting the rape and sexual abuse of minor boys. Authorities said some victims were as young as toddlers. He faces a maximum of 40 years in prison. Seth Brummond, 37, of Greenwood, has been accused of distributing and uploading at least 12 images of child pornography in recent months. He teaches at Lee’s Summit High School and was placed on administrative leave following his arrest, the school district said.
