Oxford, MA – Just two days after Albany, NY unanimously passed, 11-0, the strongest Anti-NDAA resolution in the United States, the people of Oxford, MA passed the Oxford Restoring Constitutional Governance Resolution by a near unanimous margin. This resolution blocks the detention provisions under the 2012 NDAA and the law of war, including the indefinite detention and “targeted killing” of any person, in the City of Oxford. There have been multiple cases in past 12 months where adults have been arrested or questioned for attacking or verbally abusing high school and youth sports referees. In a unique turn of the table, two referees in Louisiana were arrested on Friday after they allegedly threatened a police officer who was stationed on the field.
As reported by WWLTV, the New Orleans Times-Picayune and the Associated Press, among other outlets, two referees who were working the St. Paul’s School (Covington, La.) against Mandeville High (Mandeville, La.) football game were arrested on intimidation charges related to threats they allegedly made against a Covington police officer during the course of the game. The officer in question then reported the threat and shortly thereafter, both officials were escorted off the field by a group of three other police officers. Rather than create a European army all at once, Germany should focus on building it bit by bit, according to a paper published this month by the Konrad Adenauer Foundation (KAF). Germany should develop “islands of cooperation”—small groups of countries whose militaries work together—that can be used as “building blocks” of a pan-European military power, it wrote. The final days of empire give ample employment and power to the feckless, the insane and the idiotic. These politicians and court propagandists, hired to be the public faces on the sinking ship, mask the real work of the crew, which is systematically robbing the passengers as the vessel goes down. The mandarins of power stand in the wheelhouse barking ridiculous orders and seeing how fast they can gun the engines. They fight like children over the ship’s wheel as the vessel heads full speed into a giant ice field. They wander the decks giving pompous speeches. They shout that the SS America is the greatest ship ever built. They insist that it has the most advanced technology and embodies the highest virtues. According to The Hill, LA Times’ editor Paul Thornton admits they don’t print letters that say global warming is not happening or those that “deny” climate change, and considers those opposing views to be “errors of fact”, even if they aren’t. Environmental activists are, of course, cheering his decision as well:

The United Nations’ climate report has already garnered criticism from scientists, but now fights are brewing around the 2,200-page document’s advocacy for a global cap on carbon dioxide emissions.
The UN’s Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change released its fifth assessment of the Earth’s climate which asserted “95 percent” certainty that global warming was man made while receiving criticism for glossing over the lack of significant warming in the last 15 years. This is one of the craziest car chases I think I’ve seen. Expect the unexpected with this video. A woman was involved in a wreck with two trains on Sunday morning, and Police said the 29-year-old woman was fleeing police when the accident occurred. Officials said the woman walked away with only a broken arm, which seems like a miracle considering images of the vehicle. The mangled Mercedes sat pinned under the train for several hours after the driver was rushed to the hospital.
Detective Adam Osoro of the Woods Cross Police Department described the accident. “It just couldn’t stop in time,” he said of the woman’s vehicle. “It was too close to the incident, didn’t have time to stop.” At about 8:20 a.m., police responded to an unwanted guest disturbance call. A woman is suing a police officer and the town of Skokie, Illinois, after she was seriously injured when a cop threw her into a jail cell face-first following a drunk driving arrest.
Cassandra Feuerstein, 47, claims in a federal lawsuit filed on Wednesday, that excessive force was used in the incident and that she needed reconstructive surgery to ‘replace the bones that had been shattered’ after being pushed into the cell on March 10.
