Each time, officers booked Rizzo and took his mugshot. Each time, prosecutors filed criminal charges against him.

This is what UPI news found from a police department outside Chicago. The St. Charles Police hosted one of these gun buy-back things to “get guns off the streets.” But what did the police do? For over a year now, four different lawsuits challenging the constitutionality of a Michigan Department of Natural Resources (DNR) Invasive Species Order on swine have been making their way through Michigan county courts. Recently a fifth lawsuit was filed in the Federal District Court for the Western District of Michigan challenging the swine ISO on grounds that an 1842 Treaty between the Lake Superior Chippewa Indian Tribe and the United States of America controls over any Michigan laws. I often get asked about “how fit do I need to be to train with you” and my answer is that you don’t have to be very fit, because you will learn the basics, but that the fitter you are the more helpful it will be. I tell people that even if they are not moving fast on the ranges, they are still running through the maneuvers, the principles, and applying accurate fire to the enemy, thus creating and maintaining momentum. Let’s be realistic – many people are older, 50’s/60’s and are still doing this tactical training.
